I ordered an electric backpack, I talked to the worldcomm on the phone asking if it was a reply, they told me it was not, and I can send it back in 14 days if I do not like it. In conclusion, I believe that this company advertises products below the market price, and then does not honor the orders. A star is a lot for them and emag.

If you want a fake product, use them. when you want to buy something, ask who the importer is and who provides the warranty. If it's World Comm Trading GFZ, money is being laundered here ... and if it's money laundering, it's not about authorized service, and REGENERSIS is another company that is but isn't, hidden as a world comm in European phantom companies, GFZ and CTDI ... they automatically have no authorizations. REGENERSIS, which has the same shareholders in Romania as WORLD COMM, part of emag and depanero plus flanco and a few others (5 people own less and less altex and mediagalaxy), money laundering, unauthorized service, illegal imports, counterfeit products, products assembled on a ship of dubious quality.

I do not recommend. I ordered by eMag from them, I paid with the card (about 1950 lei) and canceled the order saying I do not understand how I could order a product that they do not have in the list and they will not honor my order , as the eMag's fault. They could give it beautiful (mistaken colleague when he put the product etc) and I could understand and see my business. Instead, stay with 1950 RON for 3 business days (5 days, as for the weekend). The beautiful thing is that we are sending printscreens to whatsapp with a colleague and asking him if he deserves ... the product was definitely emagged by them, they did not want to honor the order. As I said, they could say it was a fellow colleague's fault that they no longer have stock, that I have to wait two months to bring the product again ... anything; but do not lie that it's the fault of the system or the emag, and tell me to solve my problem myself.

PS: The rating so good is a big lie, 5 stars received only from owners, friends and employees - it's easy to see. I'm sorry I did not check before placing the order - a mistake I will not repeat.
