Dumps their equipment on the market with no support (and cardio equipment *needs* service and support). Passes the buck to their incompetent local agents, and refuses to reply to emails sent to their head office.

Recently visited this facility on a work related trip, the overall experience was impeccable! We were fortunate enough to get an exceptional customized workout/tour of Matrix Headquarters organized by Kevin Kingston, Territory Manager. I was so impressed by Kevin and the entire Matrix staffs level of professionalism, industry knowledge, state of the art equipment, as well as educating us on evolutionary technological advancements. Their elite trainers designed a killer individualized workout! They were generously accommodating, welcoming, and eager to assist in anyway! This whole trip was not only a phenomenal team building experience, we gained a ton of insightful information about the manufacturing side of our equipment. Strongly recommend for anyone in the fitness industry looking to educate their staff, as well as providing a fantastic team building experience!
