I m furious!! I PAID and ordered online outfits from the trunk show online. A week and a half later I find out they sold out BEFORE sending me my outfits! These were for my nieces birthday! Happy birthday to her ! I will never order from these people again! Especially online! Can t trust them with your order and that blew it for me!!

Lady on the phone was rude to my wife after $283.00 was left pending in her bank account for items that were not in stock. Told her the charges would probably drop off by the end of the week. The clothing is nice but the customer service isn t up to par.

This is the worst company on the face of the planet....I ordered something from them and then got a package and it was not my stuff in fact it was someone else s stuff in a box with their information, but my mailing address on the outside of the box. Doing the right thing I called and told them, the lady I spoke with was a complete b-tch!! Basically told me to fix their mistake and expected me to be their delivery person......... I work and always get off after fedex closes and so one week later she emailed me again and told me if I didn t get it sent off the company was gonna charge me for their mistake. Really....let them try. I will file a dispute with my credit card. I told them they needed to arrange for someone to pick it up from my door step. This company is ridiculous.

I get completely annoyed by the trunk keeper ordeal. The emails, or having to hunt down a trunk keeper. Why offer trunk keepers commission when they are not who we follow..
