Bad image and many in-house difficulties. No professional leadership anymore. No consistency. Due to the high fluctuation rate, new contact persons for us. The basis of trust is not the same as it used to be. Also because Mathys has been producing in China for over a year. Knee instruments Made in China. A deplorable development. It is scandalous how the company conveys unique Swiss knowhow so defenseless directly to Asia. The top leadership could not tell us the reason to this day. As a result, such instruments will be offered to hospitals in Switzerland at three-thirds of the price then directly from Chinese suppliers. Currently very difficult business relationships for us. We do not know yet how to proceed.
