Modern office building in Kuningan area. Located in HR Said street. You will trap in traffic after come or out from this place. Just enjoy it.

just another office building,traffic sometimes can be frustating

Nice office building with adequate restaurants/foodstalls for lunch. Very slow moving elevators/lifts so be prepared for long queue during peak hours if you are going to higher floors

If you want to enter, you have to exchange your ID / SIM. The parking lot is complicated, especially motorbikes.

High zone lift so slow. Very slow that people have to wait couple minutes. Access entrance staff not really kind.

One of the office buildings in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Next to this building is the road to Tebet, Kp Melayu or it can also go to Epicentrum and traffic jams, especially during rush hour.

Office building with a sophisticated security system

The elevator system sucks. Should spend more time just to wait the elevator, especially in rush hour. Not to mention when one of the elevator is on problem, the waiting is forever! The security isn t friendly and a bit too much.

Motorbike parking drops down 3 floors, making only those between packages / food very troublesome. Please, the building provides a special drop-out place for ojol / courier.

Actually, it is quite comfortable and representative to work / do business. But it is very unfortunate, the elevator / elevator management is arguably very lacking. It can take up to half an hour to wait for the elevator, and once the elevator arrives, they scramble to enter and sometimes it gets overloaded.
