Waiting time for the elevator is very bad. To go up and down the floor takes a very long time. The toilet on the floor that I went to was like an old school toilet, at the ends of the toilet looked unclean, the door was difficult to open and close.

The second most sophisticated building in Jakarta. After the cyber building around mampang prapatan around south Jakarta. There are restaurants that are very suitable for the needs of the tenants of the building, especially at lunch.

The design of the building and the water park is very calm and relaxed. there is a smoking area next to starbuck that suits the needs of young executives.

Easy access and plenty of parking spaces. Lacking in Culinary options though...

Good receptionist and security. The guests welcomed and informed very well on how to reach their destination in the building. Oh, and the elevators are quite annoying. They need announcement board regarding which elevators going to 1-17th floor and others.
