Masters Travel Service Review

Totally disorganised and just prioritise getting bookings over being client friendly and helpful. If and when you have a genuine problem - they hide away and frankly lie through their teeth to avoid the issue until you go home. Your choice but awful - I strongly advise you to avoid this superficial company - if you don't believe me - try looking for their website to find info and/or contact then - they don't have one....

Never again! Absolutely not to be recommended! It is said that you MUST meet with the tour guide so that you are informed when the pickup is for the return flight to the airport. However, this is not mentioned until the end and only after asking questions do you get the answer that you get a WhatsApp with the time two days before departure. It is much more important to have the holiday planned by someone else ... you get exactly 2 minutes to think about it ... in these two minutes he has already put everything together and created the receipts ... it almost gets you forced to get the money out of the hotel room so that he can cheat the next customer. In the evening you get a WhatsApp that everything has to be postponed, so that you have to rush from one trip to another every day. Since everything is already paid for, nothing can be changed!
The pick-up for the trips is partly at night ... 2:00 was agreed ... because of: you stand in the lobby until 2:45 and wait ... if you call the tour guide, you can't reach him! He answers the next day and tries to talk about another trip.
The trips are purely sales events: comparable to a coffee trip. You are transported from one shop to another and then you have only an hour for the actual sights!
You are not helped, on the contrary!
This is neither a tour guide nor a tour operator: they are just pushers!
Better stay away from it and organize your trips yourself!
