system only gives you a headache, crashes directly and launches a new one for you to pay more expensive and still say that the old one, only gets updated if required by law, such as changes to the electronic invoice, not to mention the support that ends a call without ever calling or giving you satisfaction!

Hello everyone! I participated in a selection process last week at Mastermaq, but I didn't find the process very transparent. There were two vacancies and coincidentally had two ex-employees. And on top of that, the person in charge of HR, says to everyone in the room, "I will take your resume to the manager of the selected department". And where is your responsibility to select and at least debate with him about the candidates' presentation ?! THIS "TOGETHER" It was a process without drawing a candidate profile, there were people with almost two higher education courses, a boy who had no experience in attendance, a 50 year old man, a woman who was an analyst at mastermaq, worked for almost 10 years it seems to me. EMPHASIZING, THAT NOTHING AGAINST SELECTING EX EMPLOYEES, however I believe that you do not need to call this many people, make the person move and look that I live far away, for a process that already has a profile of pre-selected candidate. I DIDN'T FIND IT TRANSPARENT. I didn't expect this from a company the size of Mastermaq.
