Mr. Robert devoted his time, he helped with all paperwork, on every phone call, he always answered by e-mail immediately. Now, whenever I hear that someone wants to buy or lease a car, I will always recommend Mr. Robert Zasada from Maserlease. Full culture, professionalism, dedication and respect.

Four months after the return of the defective car, they send invoices for payment and impose penalties for late repayment.

They sold the car, allegedly checked by an expert from DEKRA, and it turned out that it was broken and folded into ties and, in addition, on winter tires in August. The car has been disassembled in the workshop for a week and the representatives of this trashy company do not respond to the news with an ever longer list of things to be repaired in the car. They sell worse junkyard than the auto-consignment shop on the road. The defects were reported two days after picking up the car, i.e. on August 29, and despite many reports, there is no response from the leasing. They do not reply to applications and do not reply to e-mail. There will be good material for TVN Turbo.

During many years of cooperation, another car "leased" and another successfully repaid! The service is professional and fast, and what's more, nice and polite from start to finish, when it comes to offers, purchases, repurchase or service. If you additionally come under the care of Mr. Mariusz, it is a guarantee that you are in the best possible hands. After the last car, I heartily recommend it! Petard!

I drive another (already third) Masterlease Gda sk car. Each time it took just a few hours to complete all formalities. Clear terms and conditions of the transaction, excellent contact, full professionalism. My Customer Advisor, Mr. Tomek S. is a Master in his profession - you can envy such an employee .. I am very pleased. When my current contract ends, I will definitely do it again. I recommend it to all interested.

I have been a client of masterlease for 8 years, several contracts completed already closed several contracts still open. If I said that everything is super crystal in our contacts, I would have to lie but fortunately a few years ago my friend recommended Mariusz Jankowski as a representative of masterlease. I recommend this cooperation to everyone because I can always rely on it and the problems that arise during such a long cooperation are solved quickly for the benefit of both parties. It has never happened to me that a lady who answered the phone - no matter from what department - knew her job. Always "such matters are dealt with by a friend who does not currently exist, but I will tell her to call the Lord", then another day of silence and you have to remind yourself. It's nice if one day I could call and find out immediately whether to arrange what I need. In addition, incorrectly issued invoices or problems with the car itself during the term of the contract.
In addition, I have more and more doubts about the "accident-free" status of a post-leasing car - there are problems with convergence during reviews, even though the car from the end of 2017, and vulcanizers when changing tires ask me if the car has not been beaten ... Unfortunately, even if I could check if it was actually beaten, I will not prove anything because I could as well do it and fix it silently :)
