Steven Dahle and a buddy came around our neighborhood knocking on doors of all things trying to sell insurance and get us to talk about our financial portfolio. In this day in age I am certainly not going to talk to a perfect stranger about anything to do with my finances especially someone who knocks on my door at 7:30 at night. Word to the wise my friend host a webinar, get a website and offer services for the 21st century investor.

I've been working for MassMutual Idaho for over 11 years. The staff is cohesive and CARES about both its' agents and clients. The agents are passionate about LISTENING to their clients needs and providing solutions that work. We love our agency and being able to serve the community.

Absolutely horrible company!! DO NOT INVEST YOUR M...

Absolutely horrible company!! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!! They take your money & then don t do what you ask with it. They make mistake after mistake & then never fix anything. They also have the worst customer service ever. I would give them 0 stars if possible!

As a client, I value my financial advisors at Mass...

As a client, I value my financial advisors at MassMutual Idaho as I do my doctor, dentist, mechanic, etc. They are key pieces to my success as they help keep me focused on my financial goals and future. Not only do I have great relationship with them professionally, but I feel they care about me as a person and we have an open dialogue where I feel free to ask questions. Knowing that I have set goals with my financial advisors and am on the right track is as comforting to me as knowing I am driving a safe car everyday to work, or that I am in good health, it is just that piece of mind!

The sales rep, Kyle Sanders was a very patient guy and answered many of my questions. he did get a bit annoyed with me regarding a comparison between Aflac and Mass Mutual but over all I would recommend hima nd the company.
