I feel awful for the people that have to deal with the individual responding to these comments. This person seems so argumentative and volatile. Disclosing private information such as "Sorry you gave us a bad review. It is tough when you don't pay your rent and trash a house" or "the tenant being angry about having to show the property to prospective tenants and not upholding their end of the lease agreement" is blatantly uncalled for and unprofessional. Massey Real Estate, do something about it because this person is ruining your image!!!

Tenant here -- Massey and her team have been absolutely AMAZING and supportive. A++ care!!!!!!! Renting in the RDU area, I'd only ever want to work with them!!!!!!
When Massey Real Estate became the new management company for my complex, there was a vast improvement. They got rid of the drug dealers and the loud public arguments, brought in responsible renters, and made many improvements. Emily is friendly and considerate and she gets things done! I haven't had any problems with Massey. Such a huge improvement over the previous management company. Emily's been very good to me and I'm very happy with them!
Ive enjoyed having Emily Massey and her team as my realtor. I've been living in my home now almost 4 years and I've never had a problem with them being "unprofessional" they've always answered when I've called with any issues and addressed those issues promptly. Completely unprofessional at every level especially with Emily Massey. Do not do business with this realtor. She would not respond to my emails and avoided my phone calls. What a nightmare. Please avoid at all costs.
The worst of the worst in real estate property management. Stay away from working with these knuckleheads if you can. I had the unfortunate experience of renting a townhouse in Chapel Hill, NC from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018, and these are my experiences: first, on move-in day i noticed that the back yard still had a significant amount of trash ...aka old bikes, dry wall, construction wires, mountains of leaves etc. I noticed the trash when I first visited the property 2 months before i moved in and they promised to clean up ... but they didn't. Secondly, they reached out to me on freaking July 4th asking me to renew my lease ... yes 6 months into my lease, on a public holiday and 188 days before my lease expires. Stranger things have happened! Third, they will continue to harass you to let them know you are leaving at which point they will schedule showings without vetting prospects. Prospects walk in to the townhouse and complain about no yard or first floor master or closet space ... these are things that they should know BEFORE walking in lol. In my case they showed the house for three moonths and still got pissed when i told them that i could not show the house on one particular Saturday. At this point I reported them, and Emily Massey in particular, to the Durham police, the HOA and contacted the property owner and got lawyered up. If you have a property to rent, please, for the love of God, find a better company to manage your hard earned property. If you are a renter, flee!
I have resided in a Massey managed property for 3 years and hope to continue this relationship for years to come (renting or owning). The Massey Real Estate team is a great group to do business with. They are genuinely friendly and engaging PLUS they take care of me. Issues of any sort are resolved promptly and without question. Simply put, they are the best. Keep up the good work!
Unprofessional. Impossible to reach anyone in the office. Do not be fooled by good reviews of Massey Real Estate on Facebook. These are friends and family of Emily Massey and her husband--not true unbiased clients.
