Whoever wrote the last review obviously has The Massey Company mixed up with something else. WE DO NOT EVEN OWN ANY TRUCKS TO LEAVE IN REVERSE AND THERE ARE HOMES WITHIN LISTENING DISTANCE OF US!!

Can confirm, like Tom Warwick said below, that the review stating The Massey Company has trucks / is loud or disruptive is completely inaccurate. The only thing "across the street" from the facility is another business complex, and is only separated from I-77 by trees, so that review is not correct.

That said, great, friendly, knowledgeable employees here and invaluable services offered for the flow & process control/measurement industry. Easily a 5/5 business for its sales team, valve automation shop, and selection of products.

Literally the loudest business I have ever witnessed. We live ACROSS the street with a good amount of trees in between us, and yet they still wake us up every morning with their construction. They literally sit there trucks in reverse and leave them there so they are making the reversing noise for hours constantly. Insanely inconsiderate. It is at 7am to 11am every morning and they are supposably not even open during this time. PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE it s seriously ruining my life

NEVER going to use Massey Septic Company again!!! The most unprofessional place and people I ve ever dealt with!!! I have been sick for the past two weeks with Covid, received a call from tenant stating septic still had not been pumped. Had called Massey approximately 2 weeks ago. Called Massey back on Thursday, Feb 5 to find out what was going on. Staff person (owner s daughter) repeatedly interrupted me, stated she had talked to me the day before.....never spoke to anyone the day before. I expressed my concern about every time I ve called recently that I continually have to call back to get work completed. Staff person called me back to argue over phone, had enough and hung up!!! Schedule appointments with tenants who have to schedule off work to meet Massey and they just don t show up or call to cancel appointment!!! Do NOT care if they don t want my business, NOT EVER GETTING ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! Rant over....
