Food and service has declined over the years. This diner needs to step up or step out of the diner business.

Asked for basted eggs and got poached eggs. Then asked for basted eggs again and got hard as a rock over cooked eggs. I don t think they knew what basted eggs are.

HOW CAN YOU STILL CALL YOURSELF A DINER WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE MOZZARELLA STICKS ANYMORE?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????

I've been here a million times. My review is on the waiter. I was having a rough night and the server Pepino, was extremely nice to us, shaking our hands and giving very good gestures and it just made my night alot better. Very nice guy

Service 5 stars and attentive food great. I had breakfast.

Been here before a few times, Came on Halloween late afternoon, great greeting at the door, asked for window table and I got it. The waiter was professional and efficient and friendly. Ordered potato skins as a starter, they looked like they were baked the night before or even 2 days before, and they warmed them up melted the cheese and served it, and came out warm if that. Onion rings were good. My son ordered philly cheese steak, this was very disappointing because the bread was a day or two old, and stale ,and there was no trace of cheese. The worst thing I saw was a busboy actually picked his nose next to the counter, and it wasnt a quick pick. I dont know if I will return.

Average at best, doesn't come close to your classic NYC Greek diners. Overpriced too

Staff attentive, seated promptly, food priced well. We where three, had different meals, each well prepared, and plenty. Oh excellent Bloody Mary......

They are a true 24 hour diner and the food was very good

Some of the biggest tastiest pancakes I have ever had!! Egg & meat portions could be a bit bigger but overall I was absolutely satisfied leaving and thats rare.i will go there regularly now.

I don t get how they let me walk in there everyone s on their phone my bag is stapled100 times and they forget food I seriously don t get it terrible

Ordered a gyro for delivery tonight and it came with no sauce. This is not the first time I have ordered this and it has come with sauce before. When I called to inquire, the man who picked up the phone was rude. He said sorry it comes dry and I don t know what to tell you . He also said well it s going to take 25 minutes because you are far . He was dismissive and his tone was rude. So disappointing.

Family owned and centered. Staff is beyond amazing. So accommodating and hospitable.They will modify and allow you to create dishes you are craving but also have many uniquely designed dishes! The only miss or gripe you may have is no homemade blue cheese dressing they had years back. A place to make a second home or even better, on speed dial to order and have delivered. Just give it a try! Seafood bisque on fridays is dynamic-check out the lumps of seafood in my pic!!!

Went late at night. Food was still excellent and the staff friendly. May be an odd recommendation, but their honey mustard is off the charts.

Very Good everyone was very friendly inviting.& Food was fresh had a steak em sandwich was delicious & fresh.The wife had burger sliders she loved em no complaints.

The food is fantastic!! The staff is pleasant & the food is made/delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend this diner to anyone who's looking for great food at a reasonable price. Personally love their prefix menu.

I had the most amazing Chipotle cheeseburger and they have Apple wood smoked bacon I asked for it crispy/well done and they did it to perfection.

Food great... The front needs to be worked on though... Unorganized to get a table.... The put your name down on a piece of paper to call your name and run around with a chicken without a head looking for you... Spend the few bucks and buy beepers

Pastrami Reuben was taste-unrecognizable. True.

Blindfolded I would have to defer a guess on the luncheon meat.

I ate breakfast to kill time before an appointment. The staff was kind and the food was just ok. I had french toast with bacon and tea.

Went there for late night dinner. We both had the Angus hamburger. The burger was too dry, not juicy at all-asked for medium. The fries were asked to be well done-it wasnt. The manager kept coming around to ask how thinga were-which is a good thing. BUT they need to keep coming with the water pitcher instead of having to ask for more water
I will give them another try during a different time frame

Delicious food is served very well. With your drink etc a nice atmosphere thank you very much for serving them

Diner provides very generous portions of food, service was timely and waiter returned to table to check and see how things were and he was very polite. Location is good for meeting between Nassau and Suffolk and there is street parking available if lot is full. Bus staff float the tables to offer extra coffee and the best part about the diner is the size and shape of the mugs. A few star deductions: the noise level was literally raucaus, perhaps because the floors are not carpeted, there are no noise reducers on the walls and the wait staff literally throw the plates, utensils, and glassware into their plastic bins. It is hard to hear, at least on the west side seating area. Another deduction, a lot of people bumping into chairs. It may be more quiet on the east side. We ate quickly to then sit in the lobby to chat. Very.good food and service but extremely high noise level.

I don't know what is so great. The service was slow, the orders didn't come out right and the toast was the last thing to come out.

The service I received was way below average. The down right sucked. My waiter only checked on me once. After I received my order. I gave him back my pancakes mainly because they tasted half cooked. He never asked why I said throw my pancakes away. I hadn't even eaten half of the pancakes. Watery syrup and tasted nasty. My bacon and eggs omelette the some of the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Flat soda. Very disappointed for the money I paid. The best part was Diner looked very nice and clean. The ladies bathroom was emaculent. I won't be going back.

Great food staff was perfect. Breakfast tacos were to die for.

Good food and very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere.

Previous visit was several years ago and they carried boars Head meats like the breakfast sausage. This time out I asked and the manager said no not for some time. Was always reliable for a late night breakfast but not for me if hungry late. Parking is horrible too. There are too many diners that are just ok like this one. Excellent one on Sunrise hwy in Lindenhurst has Boars Head meats.

One of the best diners in the area. Good food and good service.

They offer outside and indoor dining the dinner wasn't too crowded but did a fair amount of tables filled outside and indoors was less than half full the wait time wasn't even a minute we were seated right away indoors, they are following social distancing seating and cleaning tables. Once we ordered our food it took about 10-15 mins to come out they didn't have the Mac and cheese bites they had ran out of it no problem. Food was decent I would definitely substitute the fries with another type of non fried substitute as the fries looked like they were cooked in old oil. The waiter wasn't attentive as much with my family once he put the order in for our table. We asked for extra napkins, hot sauce, and jelly for the bagel we ordered but it never arrived maybe he forgot honest mistake and he never came to check on us if we needed anything else like refills on coffee, soda napkins etc. Thankfully the bust boy/ food arunner was able to help us with the things we needed towards the end of our meal. They were other tables around us with the same waiter tending to their needs as well but felt we were forgotten once we had our food brought to us by him. I'll give the waiter the benefit of the doubt if they are understaffed due to Covid but overall food was decent the waiting staff not attentive.

Never consistent. Every time we go the food is different. Sometimes service is good but most times it sucks. Today took 45 min to get our order and the food was cold. How hard is it for eggs and homefries???? Will not be going back anymore!!!!

Half price Apps after 9PM. Great value. Love the wings. They are not breaded.

Love this diner! I don't go as often as I would like because I live all the way out East BUT every year on Thanksgiving we go for dinner and they definitely don't disappoint! Great food and great staff as well. Will continue to go there and will try to go more often!

Came here for dinner on a weekend. The place looks nice and new but don't be fooled. It took over an hour to get my food. I didn't get cold slaw and a pickle which I was suppose to get with my meal. I almost walked out but then my food came. I didn't even think about getting dessert. The staff seemed to be fighting. The waitresses was nice and did apologize. If you see this place is crowded, turn around and go somewhere else. COVID rules apply.

I'm so very disappointed in tonight's dinner.

I got a hot open Turkey sandwich with ice cold turkey, no gravy. The worst of the worst. The side is so small. Very little mashed potato. I'm just surprised there's no gravy .... very bad experience. In this time, you'd think they would want to retain my business ..

My test for any diner is a hamburger & cup of coffee. Hamburger came the way I like it, coffee was fine but took some time to get a refill..

I ordered a Buffalo grilled cheese sandwich with curly fries and a chocolate shake. The recipe for this sandwich is genius and I have ordered it about 10 times. The first time I ordered it, it was delicious! Every time after that there was something wrong with it. Tonight was the worst. The bread was not toasted all over. Parts of the sandwich tasted like plain mushy white bread. The chicken was so chewy I couldn t eat it. The portion of fries was very cheap and half of them were too hard to eat. The chocolate shake wasn t a shake. It was basically soft serve Ice cream with a straw. So disappointed in this dinner.

Average diner experience...service not good ...2 star...the personnel kept looking past us..
We waited for 7 minutes before we got the attention of the manager to provide us with seating...other staff members attended other patrons who walk in after our arrival...will not visit again...

Expensive, waiters take forever to bring check. Food is always good tho

1st visit: barely any feta in my omelet, fries didn't come out like i requested and their toaster doesn't work so well. 2nd visit: Said no home fries if they have peppers. Waiter brings out eggs and hash and home fries with peppers. Couple minutes later he brings out same eggs and hash on a different plate no potatoes which would have been fine but they didn't even bother to warm it up.... so you make a mistake and I get a cold breakfast?

This place has gone way down hill. The food quality has gone way done. Service was very slow.

They charged my credit card twice through numerous amounts of time spent on the phone back and forth but their so-called manager never got refunded for my second charge. Food was good but I suggest you do not pay on credit card

Service was great outstanding manager is such a gentleman and didn t stop until we were satisfied great guy food soso but with service really made a pleasure experience

I go to this diner often. The food is consistently very good but always takes a long time to come out compared to other diners. Staff is very busy and you may have to search for your waiter to bring you the check.

Nick did a great job tonight service was excellent and extremely polite! Took care of 8 of us we enjoyed the food as well. I suggest this place if you like great service, great food, and fast service.

Food and atmosphere are great but I wish their menu had more traditional diner items

I had a plain hamburger here and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. Other times I've had breakfast...scrambled eggs, toast, etc. Normal diner food but the service is good and so is the food.

Massive portions, very good quality food, and great people serving it. So glad I went out of my way to hit this legendary diner. And the coffee was just as good too. I wish I lived in NY, I'd be here weekly.

The staff and manager are very nice. Atmosphere is cozy and I felt I was at a 5 star restaurant.

The burgers are amazing definitely recommend to anyone to try them out!!
