A more than 100 years old heritage hotel which they say was constructed for the officers of British India. The location is superb and all important places in Trivandrum can be reached from here in less than half an hours time including the airport. The food quality is average. Rooms are good considering the tariff and the location. Staff is well trained and courteous. A very good option to stay if one is in Trivandrum.

One of the best hotel managed by KTDC. The hotel having a good convention center which is not too big. Can hold around 350 people.

It's an ok place for a stay...no fun or activities...it ll be a gud choice for elderly people for spending a peaceful evening.

Huge rooms. Courteous service. Awesome breakfast. Nice grounds. They have a pool but it has been disfunctional for almost a year. There is an 'under maintenance' sign at the pool but no sign of any maintainence being carried out. Has been so for many months now. Located at the heart of the city, yet relatively less noisy thanks to the large compound. Takes about 10mins to or from the airport.

Mascot Hotel has come a long way on the food part. Last few time, which were visits after a long time gave an excellent tasty menu. Hope they keep the food tasty that way...

Good experiance staying at this place. Was at easy access to all the different places which included Medical college, Airport, Railway station, Niyama Sabha, collectorate, Zoo etc. Hospitality services were very good at the hotel. Rooms were amazing and spacious. Specially food was amazing including the complementary breakfast and lunch buffet. Staff at the restaurant were professional and efficient, particularly Mr.Akhil who was very generous and helpful with his services. Would certainly recommend this place to everyone who wants a comfortable stay at a very central part of Trivandrum.

Nice rooms and 5 star service for 2k...noice...
You cannot get these amenities for this price anywhere else in trivandrum.
Visit at least once, just for the decor and ambience if not for anything else.

Excellent five star Hotel under KTDC, Govt. Of Kerala. Banquet hall, restaurents and all other faciloties are available. Most of the Govt. Programmes are conducting here.

Nice hotel for meetings and functions. But litbit expensive.

The best with royal touch. The elevation wow what to say... Mind blowing. Even though bit too costly it's a good space . Cutlet is so good . And there tomato sauce was appo delicious. Multiple Hall's can be used for different functions... The royal city with its royal class touch... The floor carpets ware too good and clean.

Open space to walk around is the first positive thing about this place. Good and tasty food but the waiting time was a bit long than usual.

Well managed property. I came in for a bite at the lobby cafe. Though the service was a little slow, the snack and drink was good enough. The price tag was not much as well..

I was here for an event. Did not stay here. The place is huge but not maintained properly. They have many amenities as well, but Mascot hotel badly needs a overhaul.

Beautiful hotel in a central place in Trivendrum. The interior is beautifully designed. Service is good. It is around 20 mins from international airport and 30 mins from domestic airport in normal traffic. Breakfast is included and is good in terms of food options in breakfast. Rooms are spacious and deautifully deaigned. Rooms and restrooms are cleanly maintained.

Ambience is very good ,but highly priced... For one plate cutlet & two coffee cost 450 rs. . Rates are extremely toooo high for common maan

The rooms to stay are the premium one as they are rooms with good view. The staffs are pretty slow and because of which you would it is run by government. Good for short stays and organizing events but if you are looking for an additional touch of customer service and excellence, you might get disappointed.

Cozy and neat AC convention hall. Good for small business gatherings and social ones.

Parking been in front of hotel reception and a walk from there.
