They are NOT paying out don't waste your time and money @ this casino!

Very nice, new hotel and casino. The rooms are very modern and clean, the casino floor is organized so that it makes sense, and the conference rooms were more than adequate for our purposes. My only complaint is the lack of video poker on the casino floor and that I got stopped at the door trying to bring beer up to my room that I paid for. The beer was unopened in the box still, kind of annoying.

Worst customer experience last night being turned away i forvoy my player csrd and they wouldnt even assist me looking it up. I am truly disgusted with them and hope that owner family losses big money They also need to be reported to local and state government on not observing limited occupancy. Way to many people there on

Me and my fiance go pretty regularly, we've won money here and there but over all, we lose more then we win... obviously. But every time we get out of the car the whole garage smells like freshly smoked weed, also the elevator.

I stayed at the new Live Hotel with a friend. It was an awesome experience to go upstairs to your room late at night. The room made Md Live home. My dinner at Luks on Saturday night was not very good this time. It was wet with no spices or love as I requested. So I had no dinner. Sunday afternoon, I went over to get a steak quesadilla and the gentleman who was fixing the food decided to stop and read his cell phone with the gloves on and I said.. that is nasty. The very nice young lady at the register went over and said something to him and gave him fresh gloves. I love Maryland Live over all of the other casinos even though Maryland Live is a good ways from my home. I rather drive and be treated with class than to be close to home and lose all my money within minutes of playing at the MGM. I rated you a 5 because that is what you are. The food was just one of those weekends and I understand. Playing there at Maryland Live has always been an awesome experience with me and my friends. You are still #1 for having Fun...

Live Casino has a wide variety of slots and table games. The atmosphere is great plenty of places to eat and the servers are always pleasant. There is a mall within walking distance with plenty of stores and a great food court.

Hit for 1200 the first and only time ever there. It was on the old school hot shot. So fun! The not so fun part is Maryland taxes. Holy cow how can you live there when they take all of the money?

Loved it. People and staff are very friendly, chance of winning is pretty dam good.

A very cozy place with multiple services and many games and entertainment

I come maybe twice a month and have a blast, get a drink at the bar play some slots and have a burger at Bobby Flay's restaurant, the burgers are delicious and filling.

Very hard to win here anymore haven't ever won much any ways here. Charles Town is better.

Well where do I start with this one another casino or security chases you through the parking lot to tell you to roll down the window that you cannot park on their property you have to park over at Walmart. We have a RV. There were no cars in the parking lot around 8 PM on a weekday at the casino. Then security said they had a shuttle that we could take from the Walmart parking lot to their casino but we would have to call. We called requested the shuttle to bring this from Walmart to their casino still waiting talking to two different people and still no shuttle. Save your money and your time go somewhere else.

Can seem to never get a good hand. But I guess that's my problem...

Had some fun. The games were somewhat confusing to understand what constitutes a win.

Always impressed when I come here. I grew up 30 minutes from Atlantic City and have seen plenty of great and not so great casinos. This place definitely does it right for the most part. Games have plenty of different minimums at all hours. The slots are changed out and updated regularly. The staff is attentive. Decent selection of eateries at different price points. I like the addition of free self serve soft drinks that I recently noticed. Have not checked out the hotel, but my dad stayed a night and said it was excellent for the price.

Cool atmosphere. No pressure or hussle n bussle like most casinos.

The casino needs to better with regards to the machines. No fun if no one can win.

The name is fitting, it's always Live! I enjoy the music, the choices for food, and of course the slots! Great spot.

Live Hotel is amazing. The rooms are modern and beautiful, with great amenities. It is also extremely convenient to be able to walk right down into the casino.

The bathrooms are clean. They offer $25 for first timers. They have plenty of places to eat. The place opens late which is good. They a lot of 1 and 2 cent machines. They also have tables like black jack. They also have a section for smokers to play, drink and smoke. Overall it is a cool place to check out.

The hotel room was fine. The design/layout of this place just doesn't make much sense. If you park in the garage and want to get your hotel room, you have to get on an elevator to go down to the floor where the casino is, then walk over to a different set of elevators, then go up to your floor. Also, if you have a kid with you and you want to get to the mall, the most direct way would be to go through the casino. You can try it, but security will stop you and let you know that minors aren't allowed in the casino. You have to take the elevator up one floor, walk across the garage, go down the elevator, then come out on the other side of the casino so that you can exit and head over to the mall. Sheesh... I'm tired just thinking about this.

Love this place! It's clean and fun and you actually can win here. I love this place so much that my bachelor party came here and I even came with my wife after my wedding. Now if only I could win one of the drawings...that would be a great wedding present!

Nice place and friendly staff. But had to leave early than we wanted to. Do to maintenance. But we're not toll until we arrived at the casino.

Maryland Live was once a place to have fun but something has happened within the last year like they are building a new hotel(why?) and they boast a Giant Jackpot of a bit under $100,000(why?) We appear to be paying for this big time. Be prepared to go and literally robbed by this casino if you play slots because not only is there very little action with these machines but the payouts are lousy and do not compare with the hundreds of dollars one must dish out to have any fun there!
Avoid this played out casino yes like the plague until they get their act together and stop robbing the poor!

Hate there online free slots!!! they keep turning them off and they are absolutely no fun. Don't waste your time playing them. we don't know why they have them for people to play free online if they keep turning them off. They are very CRUEL!!! Hate Them. Hope the supervisors will see this rating and do something about this, because of this we wont be going to there casinos either!!

I have been to Live many times in the past when they first opened the staff was great over time it began to go downhill cashiers being extremely rude, bar tenders just stand around takes forever to get a drink security personnel are extremely rude- guess the saying give a person a tile and a shirt that says security on the back they walk around with a chip on their shoulder and look down at you like they hold your fate of playing at this casino and you re the problem. You would think since National Harbor casino opened they would step it up and want people to continue to go to Md LIVE and spend money. I m done with MD LIVE there are other casino that appreciate their patrons and MD Live doesn t.

How is it that the brown shirt security will hold an open chair for someone that ran out of money for over 30minutes to go and try and get more.

I loved the hotel and Dave in busters but the wait was 2 hours long so I docked points for that

played 12 hours straight with a friend of mine had so much fun we didn't even notice the time!!

Hotel is excellent. Staff are all excellent. Casino, you win some and lose some but overall a fun experience. The food options are also great!! Best comps around.

Had a good time lots of security. Very clean. I visited the place in the AM. So I had my choice of machines. Hard to find .25 machines. Lots of food options. Had a lot of fun .

Not impressed .won nothing and did not see anyone doing any better . Not again.

Nice casino with plenty of restaurants, friendly staff, and activities to do. Located right near the mall with easy access to and fro.

In the poker room there is no room for your chips or cell phone or really even your beverage. The EASY fix would be to take out the glass right in front of you. It would give the players more than enough room. Of course, keep the side dividers around the table there. In other casino games like BJ and Pai Gow at Live!, all that's dividing on the tables are the side dividers. Finally, bottom line, just take the glass that's in front of us at Poker Room.

Great Fun !!!

Nothing bad to say about anything. Check in line was quick and painless, doorhops offered us drinks or a snack while we waited. Got to our room and it was fantastic!. David's restaurant in the hotel lobby has all friendly staff who moves with a purpose and are very friendly and welcoming, just ask for Rocky! The Casino hasn't slots and few tables. On your way out stop at their coffee shop down the hall from the lobby and grab a coffee & breakfast sandwhich!

We did a mini-Comic Con art show at the Live Casino and my crew and I stayed at the hotel as well. The facility was very clean, completely smoke free and the staff were fantastic. Everyone from the security, food service, front desk, you name it. Special thanks to Senior Sales Manager Pamela Labarta and VP of Sales & Marketing Cindy Jones who helped fix any hiccups and make everything great. Also the food was delicious and rooms very clean and comfortable. Parking is free and was also a breeze.

Smoke free casino situated in the middle of a plethora of shopping and dining options.
