Absolutely Phenomenal Church. Probably the best i have ever attended. The music is great. The senior pastor Scott Longyear is hilarious and an extremely down to earth/humble man. The other church staff are so kind and welcoming as well. and the children's ministry is fantastic! My young kids love coming to church! Just a great place to attend service. There is no place like it!

We went there for their Easter egg hunt. It was super packed and you could barely move around. The people were friendly but they ran out of cookies and it seemed a bit unorganized. I believe it would've been better if they could have had the hunt outside but due to the rain it was inside. They also had stickers inside some of the eggs for bigger prizes but that wasn't made clear until after my older kids went. Overall though it was a free event and my children had a blast! We would definitely go again.

I've been going to MCC since 1992. Great place for families and people of all ages. Good fellowship and teaching and opportunities for ministry to the community. Contemporary worship style. Home Bible Study groups "C Groups". WBGL events held here.

This is the best church I have ever been too. The worship service is amazing. The sermons are always deep and meaningful. The pastor is passionate about the Lord and works to develop the church community. They provide communion every Sunday, which I LOVE. All the churches I've attended in the past only did this once a year or once a month. Then if you don't go to church every single Sunday you miss it. Maryland Community church is the place to be, whether your 1 or 100, and anything in between. Thank you Maryland Community Church for giving us a wonderful place to share our love for the Lord!

This is more than a church, this is home. The building and grounds are clean and beautifully well maintained. If you need to ease your way in, there is a coffee shop where you can get some caffine courage as you socialize. There are amazingly fun and interactive classes for kids from high school down to infancy. A community of people helping people take a step closer to Christ and serving in his cause.

We have gone to MCC for many years. It is a wonderful church. The sermons are relevant for today, and help you make good choices for your life. There are many resources to help you know and follow Jesus.

Large church. Good, sound teaching. Not a lot of judgementalism. Modern services--smoke and echoes. Opportunities to connect with other like-minded believers. Great children's program.

i decided to try a new church so i came to this one. i heard it was good by what some said to me and by what i seen here on google reviews. i want to share my true and honest experience from when i attended here. to clear the air before i start my review, i will not be coming back.

i was very disappointed with how much i was ignored in a church full of believers. i have never felt so out of place in a church in my life, but this was not the worst part of my experience here. the worship music was the next issue. it was good but the only big problem i notice is they will have staff members with big cameras on stage during worship and have them walk all over stage between the singers. the way this is done comes across to me this church is more focused with putting on a show for people than they are focused on giving God true worship.

the next thing i notice is they make it where attenders have to check in on their mobile app at the beginning of each service. they say this is done so you can be counted as an attendee. they tell us this is not about numbers but about people when talking about it but the very act of this is about numbers and not people. when a person has to clarify something is not about something, it usually means that it is. what purpose does this serve to God other than the one it serves the church? this is how you quickly alienate new comers and believers.

not only do they do this, but they go even further down the rabbit hole by making you go to their mobile app at the end of each service to accept Jesus into your life... uh what?? this is a very bad idea! what about the people who are new to the church scene all together? what if maryland was their first ever church? this will come across really poorly and send the wrong message to them and could possibly push them away from God. you don't take the act of accepting Christ into people's lives and make them take this step through some ridiculous digital app. you are to make this a special moment and be there with them as people. where is the prayer staff at for these kinds of things? i'm sorry to rant on but these things are a very serious matter that is being taken with a grain of salt by this church.

my last issue is the pastor of this church seems to be very not there spiritually. his sermons were weak and lacking content. he seems to be a very nice caring person though.

i feel as if a lot of these great reviews posted on this are by church staff members to create a positive image.

If you just want to be a number in the roster go here. Music is good- sermons for the most part are ok- but you find out how much you are valued when you need help and if you dont sign the little black book you are not considered to be a part of the church and they will onky help those signing in every week. Church according to the Bible is a community and I thought I was part of it until I found that out!
