Horrible experience, it s been weeks since I ve interviewed & been promised a position & I ve heard nothing, I ve called but have been repeatedly told to hold then hung up on, I ve also sent emails & weeks later still no responses. Went ahead & now I have a new better paying job, DO NOT sit around waiting for Mary Kraft for work you ll be waiting forever.

Lovely staff, doing great work. Helping people find jobs and giving back to the community.

LIMITED & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

The people there are nice, but the president is very unprofessional. She calls to discuss a position with their office, not a client, and sets up an interview for that friday. Calls the next day and leaves a message saying she has to reschedule, fine. I've called at least twice and emailed and never heard anything and it's been over a month.

I realize Mary Kraft wants to grow, but with key management this unorganized and limited I doubt that is going to happen anytime soon. There is really no excuse for that and reflects on the entire organization poorly.

Tried to get some temporary help on a project and was put in touch with a lady named Courtney. Left several voile-mails and emails and never received a response. Steer clear of this one.

Been an employee of theirs years ago. It was amazing then and still is. One staffing agency who has managed to try and keep the economy moving in the right direction.

Mary Kraft agency targeted millenials for a new team at United Healthcare in Minnesota- processing Maryland Medicaid claims to take over from Beacon. Then they fired everyone over 50 during training giving them weak personal excuses. It was a painful experience. Be careful. I waited a month to start training for this job after they recruited me via email and interviewed me by phone. I was re-hired by a former employer days later being fired, so there's nothing wrong with my work, or work ethic.

I got a job through this agency and they have been awesome. will definitely recommend them anytime.

MEDICAL ASSISTANTS BEWARE!!! Went on two interviews with clients WHO STATED THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE AGENCY WANTING TOO MUCH MONEY TO STAFF SOMEONE WITH MY EXPERIENCE. WENT ON A "PAID" shadow day. I have verifiable resources that CONFIRMED the client moved on because IN FACT Mary Kraft was too costly. BUT THE WORSE PART IS I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY FEED BACK OR PAID FOR MY TIME! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCANDALOUS PEOPLE!

I applied at Mary Kraft at least 2 years ago. I received a few calls the first 2 months I registered there, regarding opportunities. Of course, nothing came about and I haven't heard from one representative since. Waste of time.

I was contacted by one of their recruiters regarding a HR position. When we spoke over the phone I asked if I had experience in payroll and benefits and I denied as I am inexperienced in those two areas. However the recruiter still seemed very interested and invited me for an interview, which turned out to be a waste of time. Apparently you need to be experienced in those two areas in order to qualify for the position. I took off work to be told something that could have been disclosed in the phone interview. Very unprofessional. Also, they wanted me to fill out all these forms before my departure to be added to the system, but why would I fill out documents that include bank info and sign medical release forms, if I wasn't offered a position. Never heard of such thing. Watch out people!!!

They're a small outfit, but they've got a partnership with some big companies. They've sent me on a couple good temp jobs thus far with good pay, but the temp-to-hire job at the Coca-Cola plant that I was looking forward to never happened even after we went down there and took a tour of the facility. I'll give it more stars if they hook me up with something more permanent soon, so check back at a later date!!

Not legitimate, abused by employer, fired, Mary kraft , knew , and did noting,
Company let go other mary craft employees after 3 months , treated us all in violation of stare and federal laws. Mary Kart then offer you minimal job at half you old rate while refilling you vacate with new bodies. It all about them.

I received a phone call from Mary kraft today. I did not submit a resume to any online job sites in well over 5 years. By now my accounts should be well disabled by now. I'm not happy to get a phone call from a unsolicited source

I was offered a job. I was given one start date. They called me in early, so I quit my part time job and went. 2 days into a 4 week training class, I get called and told I was getting let go for ZERO reason. She says she's checking on it. We'll see. Now I have to find another job so I can pay my bills.

Lost my job due to Covid-19 layoffs; the owner PERSONALLY contacted Lisa B. of Mary Kraft and asked her to place me in another position with another company. She COMPLETELY blew me off and stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails. Losing your only source of income during a global pandemic is bad enough... but having an agency you rely on completely disregard you as a human being adds insult to injury! Find another agency!

I applied for a job as an one on one aide having years of experience working with children with disabilities I felt like I was a great candidate had outstanding references well I was lied to by 2 recruiters told me I had the job sent them my resume did every they asked for them to completely ignore me I've called sent emails no response very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend their staffing agency but to each is his own funny thing I applied to the school directly for the one on one aide and got the job staffing agency has to do better little do they know they school is going to cut them loose wish I could post the school name...

Marykraft Staffing promised employment for the upcoming school year and no employment was given. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody seeking employment. They wasted my time.

If anyone ever needs a staffing agency...This is the one! Everyone was unbelievely supportive in meeting the needs of the client, and myself as the applicant. Such a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Many thanks to Jason, Marrie, Katie, along with a special thanks to Nicki Vercollone!

Alot of redundant paperwork, not very helpful with a list of possible clients you can work with, they wait until you fit the position you are able to do in their perspective. Very straight to the point.

Terrible service, I kept having issues with the client that I was sent to work with for 3 months and after calling (MK) and made complaints I received a letter in the mail stating my employment was terminated, very disappointing.

After having worked at their office internally for a period of approximately a year I can say with confidence that this is a terrible place to work. They are complicit in creating, maintaining and enabling a hostile work environment. The problem starts at the top with the company president and continues through the staff, who are too afraid to do anything but go along. They practice discrimination in their hiring and refuse to put certain candidates who are more than qualified in front of clients who don t want black employees. This place needs to be investigated by ACLU and Maryland of Labor.
