I bought my first car from here. Bought the second car too from here. Sold the first car to them, but on the sale Mr. Sandeep Kadam made me a fool and I landed up in a loss of Rs. 10000, for which they did not compensate a penny. So others beware.

Sales people are good but Accessories prices are very high compared to actual market prices.

I have been buying my maruti cars from this dealership for more than 15yrs and had always trusted them and use to suppose that they are the best Maruti Dealership but my expierience of purchase this time round was horrible especially the acessories department the staff has no knowledge and are overcharheing customers alot. The fitting of acessories is worst than a local acessories shop. Its hightime the management of this showroom regains the confidence of loyal customers like me or else as a customer i have loads of other options. The one thing i have noticed in every dealer of maruti which was evident even in this dealership is that due to high demand of maruti cars the dealership is not customer friendly and dont much care about business but i guess they are forgetting market leaders in many segments have been finished in no time hence its time they realise the importance of customers and especially loyal ones like me who have grown up using their products.

Great experience 100times better than Sai service in Lower parel during my overall journey for enquiring for car purchase I truly recommend anyone planning to purchase Maruti can visit Vitesse once.

Called this showroom for a test drive of the ciaz. I got the typical sales response
"we'll call you back" . No one called back. Since it is listed as a place where you can take a ciaz test drive, we visited the showroom thr next day, only to be told that ciaz cars are never available at this place for test drive and had to be called for from the nexa showroom. Also that there was no car available for the next 4 days for a test drive!!
This is our first visit to this showroom and the experience we got. Never expected this from a showroom that boasts so much about choice and service.

Not keen in selling cars,just want to waste clients time

Good staff friendly and willing to make a sale and treat all customers alike. All details explained well except for few technical details as to what pcd a particular model has were not answered which i feel is a let down. If you selling a car you should be trained well to answer all the customers queries. Besides this everything was good on my visit. If you are planning to exchange your old car dont expect a fair price out here as they offer very low prices. It's better to check outside and im sure you will get something better. They offered water and tea coffee from the machine. It was ok. Staff was polite. Valet parking available. No accessories offered extra and no discounts on new arrivals. Mostly all colours were ready for delivery of the new launch. Maximum cash transactions 199000 per car rest you can pay by cheque. Just like any other car showroom.
