I just wanted my money back money which she didn't even pay me back in full. She's ok as long as you don't ask for a refund. My first visit I paid for my next visit with her because I was doin monthly service. At the end of my visit she said she put me down for the same time and for me to return on the 1st. Today is the first and I texted her before leaving just to make sure she was ready, because the first visit I was waiting a little while before she came to open her door. When I texted her she said she didn't have me down for today! She gave me other times to come but I have work and I just wanted my money back. She gave me 40 dollars back but it should have been a refund of 47 dollars. I just thought she was wrong and people should be aware of how she is when it come to refunding someone money.

Flawless sew-ins with great prices. Only downside is the amount of costumers that make the day at the salon longer. But that should discourage you just about as much as a packed restaurant does. It's great, so people come . For as long as I live in Ventura, CA i will continue to drive to Shay in LA!

First time Shay did my hair, and I am beyond words on how happy I am with my hair. I will be going nowhere else. After our first consultation, she hit the nail on the head on what I wanted, with a cool surprise.
