Maruti Service Master Review

Way much better than any other dealership. They work very hard & are committed towards there work nd complete it on time with all checks and balances.

Service is very poor. They don't care about customers. After repeated complaints they don't hear.

Basis recent experience at MSM, they deserve only 1 star. They dented my front bumper during service, rather then cleaning they spoiled my front foot mats.

Just had the worst experience of my life in car servicing . A 5 year old swift car in mint condition was not only charged 27000/- ( From the initial assesment of 12000/- ) for annual servicing, but also Mr Abhishek Bhardwaj , the supervisor "forgot " to inform me that the car cant be send back today . The worst place ever to get your car serviced. Made a mistake. A big mistake. NEVER AGAIN

100s of phone call for asking for car servicing and then lady promised for delivery back by evening or by 11am. Later call comes for delivery by 5.30pm. Don't think maruti has such bad days so to get business on false promises!!! If this goes on then there be problem for Maruti.
My whole programme got disturbed.

Very poor service and service advisor make customer fool. Also they tell lie. Without check they deliver my car with many new problem which was not erlier.

They even give you back all the old replaced parts without even asking for it, this really boost's the customer's trust and satisfaction.

Visited for servicing of hatchback.. Reached there at 8:56 AM and work finished at 05:50PM. Took almost 9 hours. On reaching there they give you MCP plans etc, for two years which is very confusing. If you accept that you will be at loss. If you reject it, then also you will be at loss.They will ultimately take your bill to 7500/- atleast. But servicing is good. If you remain at workshop, your vehicle will get proper attention.

Most pathetic service in my entire life with any showroom. First time i got my Grand Vitara back, it had dead mice in the car. The a/c problem i got the car checked for had no resolution. When i sent the car back, they broke the number plate, put scratches on bumper, broke the back seat covers, disconnected the CNG line. And then just sent a mail that they can offer free car wash, that was ridiculous. I paid more than 5k for them spoiling my car !!

But if u r going to body shop then 1 star

Good service, but better you remind them all the points repeatedly otherwise they forget those small things. As usual official service charges are very high. Cleaning is not so proper. Better you collect your vehicle in daytime only.

I live in Gurgaon but always preferred to go to Maruti Service Masters for my car service.

Its Maruti Company owned Service Station. It has c good mechanics and technicians with latest know how. Service quality is v good. Highly recommended.
