Martinez Pharmacy Review

Very great staff. I just need help since my Medicaid had been changed and really but REALLY need to get my meds pa APPROVED today ASAP. Since it s for my husband and he s so very sick without them. He can t do anything and is shaking horribly since the last day of his dose. Can y all PLZ get in contact with his Medicaid and do this before noon. I need him to be ok and not sick? PLZ THE MAIN MEDICATION HAD ALL FINISHED ON FRIDAY AND WE HAD TO CANCEL ON OUR PLANNED TRIPS THIS WEEKEND. AS HIS DR SAID HE CAN NOT BE ON THE ROAD WITHOUT HIS MEDICATION. HIS DR IS DR Samuels and my husband really needs his Subs . Plz if y all really actually read these plz call Medicaid because I was calling them since the new Medicaid card had been made wrong and the ppl from Medicaid said that y all are the ones who should be getting in contact with them to get everything right directly from them. Not me. I m not trying to be mean. I m really begging for y all s help since my husband is suffering from no medication at hand. I m only gonna post his names initials. R.B.j plz help this get a pa (prior Atherisation) The Faster The Better! Ty in advance. We know it s not y alls fault , it was the dr s assistants fault. I told him to do this days days ago before Friday came and didn t until Friday. Thinking it was already authorized without a pa. But was wrong. So plz can y all start as soon as y all open to go pick it up waaay before noon. He hasn t been able to sleep and has been throwing up due too no subs and really needs them. They didn t nor couldn t do anything for him in the night clinic since they believe ppl like him are only looking for a fix. Which wasn t the real reason why he s been sick. It s just that he needs his meds. So a pa is needed with this new Medicaid program. And y all got my phone number that is under his name as well. Plz ty

The pharmacy staff very nice the drivers call before they come the staff very nice the drivers are very nice I been to the pharmacy many times it very nice And clean. God bless the staff

Very bad service, I had to call 3 times to place a simple order of prenatals that they supposed to deliver. 1st prescription was not entered, 2 attempt they supposedly attempted to deliver but they didn't reach no one and didn't even tried to call or leave a message about having those prenatals returned. I personally had to call the 3rd time to check up on them to see if they had them ready so I COULD PICK THEM UP.

I have been a loyal customer for this pharmacy, but recently they have not been delivering my medications when they said they would and every time i call for some reason their is a busy tone. I might just consider choosing a different pharmacy!

Ive been a loyal customer for many years but they never answer the phone, and I ve been there when Mr. Martinez has to remind them to get the phone lines. They use to have good service, but now they don t deliver my medications when they say they will. Might consider changing pharmacy. :(

Very bad customer service, pharmacist was very rude and medicine is never on time.

Always helpful and quick with my prescriptions, both for me and my patients. I highly recommend this pharmacy and am very happy when my patients prefer to have their prescriptions picked up at this location
