One of their drivers hit one of my customer's parked car while doing a delivery at a golf course. The driver was nice enough to leave a note with all contact information, but the process after that in getting the actual claim started has been TERRIBLE. No one answers the phone, calls back or replies to emails. Their Asst. Director of Transporation is not assisting us in getting ahold of Sedgewick, their claims adjuster company, and therefore we can't get his repairs scheduled. We've left MANY messages and emails with no reply as of late.

Working on 4.5 hours for unload and still not done they didnt even start until at the 3 hour mark after I went in to complain about multiple other trucks coming and going. paid 310 for lumper. Appointment was at 8 got here early. All the other tucks unloaded. Not even sure Im going to make it to my other Appointment because of this delay.

It s 3 degrees this morning and I had a flat tire in front of one of your buildings, closest to Casey s. One of your employees came out with a jack and helped me change my tire. I didn t catch his name but I wanted to thank that employee since he had to get back to work before I was able to. Wonderful person.

Horrible work environment with difficult standards. Good pay but not worth it

Checked in 6:30am. Started at 7am bills in hand 7:50 am .apt time..7:30 am....BEST RECEIVERS IVE EVER BEEN TOO....keep up the great work.my first time here.....

Parking behind all of the handicapped spots at the pool every week is convenient for your delivery guy, but not the poop patrons.

Nice people for sure, also clean facilities sometimes you out quick or not, that's just business don't take it personally.

I was on time for my delivery. It took them 7 HOURS TO UNLOAD ME. I was even 15 minutes early for my appointment time. Be aware that they do have lumper fees here. Mine was $435. I will not be back. I will be going out of my way to get my detention pay.
