One of their drivers hit one of my customer's park...
One of their drivers hit one of my customer's parked car while doing a delivery at a golf course. The driver was nice enough to leave a note with all contact information, but the process after that in getting the actual claim started has been TERRIBLE. No one answers the phone, calls back or replies to emails. Their Asst. Director of Transporation is not assisting us in getting ahold of Sedgewick, their claims adjuster company, and therefore we can't get his repairs scheduled. We've left MANY messages and emails with no reply as of late.
