WONDER!!!
A ten is short, food is my passion and I have gone to practically all the restaurant of Spain name and this is undoubtedly the best, food, service, attention, price.
Rightly so for me it is the best in Spain.

3 stars Michelin. Food and excellent treatment. But they should look a little more to the local client, with simple details, like they do in other similar restaurants in the area.

Personalized, professional and non-oppressive treatment, top-quality product and generous portions, impressive wine cellar. The staff are lovely, one of the main assets of the place; Excellent work in the room of Jose and Noelia. Every year we try to go at least once, and it never disappoints, especially with the renovations carried out in recent years in the garden area. Of course, price according to the category. None of why I had there was imperfect. None. The chef went out and humbly greeted all. I mean all. The place is located on a beautiful hill giving the feel of a great basque location. The staff are so trained and attentive to every details. It is obvious that their mission is to compliment what is produced in the kitchen. Just go for the tasting menu and wait to be surprised. Being to several 3 Michelin star restaurants, I can't say that this the best but had several dishes thy qualified to be. A better work can be done on deserts though. Great experience that left me happy

Finally made it to this fabulous restaurant! Truly amazing. Tasting menu is extensive and pricey at 275 per person but worth the splurge. Wine pairing was spot on and well explained. Beautiful presentation and service from very professional team.

Highly recommended We loved the place, the food and the attention

I went with a group of 4 people, it was a fantastic experience, food was all delicious and service was great. We did the wine pairings and had 1 wine to 2 courses, they all went really well! Martin came out and spoke to every table which was a lovely touch. You do get what you pay for, we were all completely satisfied and not over full by the end of all the courses... There was the option to eat a la carte but we all went for the tasting menu anyway. The menu was predominantly fish.

Words can sometimes be difficult to find when the emotion is great. This restaurant is exceptional. I have made a number of them, perhaps, no doubt, there is better, but I have not yet found. So I would continue to go 800 kms to eat at the boss's.

Visited 2 days later than restaurant Arzak. Definitely the much better experience in San Sebastian. Very creative cuisine, very friendly and competent service. One of the top five restaurants I have ever visited.
