We had a great time working with the Martha Turner Group. The client seem very happy with there service also. Rent-A-Mover in Houston was 5 star also.

Absolutely no communication between the realtor/broker, if they were one, and the listing that they had another agent in the office gladly picked up the ball and tried to set up a time for us to see the listing, but that didn't work out either. Not through his effort of trying to be helpful, but something else must have played into it behind the scenes.

I was sent here by another realtor that was out of town and got Sandy on the phone on a Saturday morning 9AM. She immediately checked in her schedule to take us to see a home we liked in West Kingwood, TX due to being from out of town I had to return my rental at noon before the time Sandy had us booked to see the house she bent over backwards to pick us up at the hotel to go see properties. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a Kingwood local to help you !

Marty Warren is easily the friendliest and most knowledgeable real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He answered every question quickly and accurately. I could not have asked for a better experience. He is the only Realtor I will use in Houston from now on!

I've been dealing with Aston Martini on an on-again / off-again basis. He's been attempting to market properties adjacent to my for over a year now. Given his arrogant and condescending behavior on the phone, I can no way recommend that anyone use his service. Based on my experience with Ashton and other reviews that I've seen, I currently find it difficult to recommend any realtor at the Martha Turner group.

I worked with Kathy Hamilton this past summer as a seller's agent. My house sold but it had nothing to do with the efforts of Ms. Hamilton nor her direct supervisors. Time and time again Ms. Hamilton was under prepared and hardly professional when an offer was made on the house. She was not well informed on the Houston Market and usually offered little to no guidance on the selling of our house.
She has been a Realtor for over 10 years and still knows nothing about the documents necessary for closing nor how to obtain these documents. She is over-all unprofessional.

In a home sale where Martha Turner represented the seller and I was the buyer, the seller forged a repair receipt as proof of rood repair. Martha Turner either failed to validate the documents sent to the buyer or Martha Turner tolerated this behavior.

After the close, I discovered the repaired roof was still leaking and called the repair company to claim the warranty.

The company refused the claim as they saw the receipt was forged. Upon me informing Martha Turner about this matter, Martha Turner refused to take any action.

Absolutely loved our experience with Jude. It wasnt easy finding something for us. New to the area, living on the other side of the country, and COVID. Jude absolutely hustled to help us find something and we are forever grateful.

I worked with Gary Greene and Remax before I came to Martha Turner as a realtor. I found that Martha turner provides better support, more expertise, and greater dedication to their clients. Now with the Sotheby's brand they have become a world wide recognized luxury brand that adds a lot of strength to the services they provide to their clients. I am so glad that I switched to MTSIR. I encourage you to give this office a call and talk to a few agents and see which one clicks with you. There may be a couple bad reviews on here for this office and that's bc unfortunately there's always a bad apple in a brokerage with almost 300 realtors. So call in and talk to a few agents to see who's best for you! You'll be glad you did!

Tina Cardenas is amazing. We have worked with realtors before, and she is so much better than any I have worked with. Her attention to detail is amazing! She will tell you exactly what to do to make your house is absolutely perfect for presentation- to the point that it makes you second guess whether or not you want to sell!!!! And she will get it sold!! Highly recommend using Tina Cardenas if you have a house or other property to sell!!!

I viewed a rental one of their agents had listed. It s been on the market quite a while. After seeing it, the agent practically hounded me to apply. I did, and then she completely ghosted. I had to follow up with her to get an update, and even then, it wasn t conclusive. It s still listed.

I don t understand where realtors of all people get off being nonresponsive and unprofessional. There are literally websites and apps than can replace them. More than half the job is common courtesy / people skills.

Furthermore, Houston has thousands of rentals just sitting empty. I imagine once you find a prospective tenant with decent income and that isn t gonna turn the place into a meth lab, you move.

Rob Ginn took advantage of us as first time home buyers moving to Houston from out of state. While I blame myself for trusting him, he sold us a lemon and we didn t realize it until we moved in. When I called him he acted like we just had buyers remorse. Be sure to do your due diligence with these guys, they will pull the wool over your eyes if they can get away with it. This was a very costly lesson for us.
