It s the worst place to deal with. Billing is incompetent.

They made me an appt. And yet didn't put it in the computer, so had to wait for a hour just get get labs done even though I was told I had an appointment. They seemed like I was an inconvenience for them. I hate going to this clinic. Its terrible. They tried to do the wrong labs on me, and I waited another 45 min, making me late for my next appointment. Whwn I got checked in the let everyone who came in behind me go first, I finally had to go and complain to them. She rolled her eyes and finally got me in for my appointment.

The Marshfield Clinic currently has only two providers. If you need a CPAP machine or any equipment after your sleep study, the Marshfield Clinic will fit you for your equipment knowing full well that they are unable to provide you with the follow up appointment ALL insurance providers require within a 3 month period of receiving your equipment. You sign a waiver saying you will be responsible for the equipment if insurance does not pay and Marshfield Clinic KNOWS they cannot get you in for an appointment until (the earliest being) 7 MONTHS
thus causing your insurance to not pay for your equipment!!! *buyer beware"

I have one excellent doctor at Marshfield, but the rest are - MEH. And their billing department is GROSSLY incompetent. I cannot even count the number of errors made on my bill from a procedure a year ago. It has been very frustrating to resolve. You can never speak to the same person twice. They never even admit their error. Even reaching the billing department means hours on hold or days waiting for a call back. It is ridiculous.

Doctors decent, BEWARE OF THE BILLING DEPT!!! They have now twice lost payments that they have accepted and cleared from my HSA, and kept sending me bills. Their staff NEVER returns calls or emails either. Choose wisely and use Aspirus if you can, at least they don't lose payments. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

So I cant go in the ER with my incoherent resident but you'll let someone who is SUPPOSE to be quarantined(health department) in the building to visit?! Excuse me?! It even states that 1 persons may accompany an individual who is incoherent/ POA activiated/ an individual who is under care and I waited over 4 hours in the waiting room with NO updates.

COVID-19 was a fantastic experience. Our nurses were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Best place to get a test!

I really struggled with how to rate this. The clinic is amazing, the doctors are amazing, in fact we drive over an hour for a great neurologist. I would highly recommend this clinic ONLY if you have 100% coverage insurance because once you have to deal with billing, you will wish you had never gone there. There were bills being sent out wrong, and not corrected for months, them telling us the bill was in a secure place and it would not get sent to collections, IT DID, and i had previously begged to pay the total amount, despite their error, just to rid myself of having to deal with them, but they wouldn't let me!! I have been on hold for hours, I will say it again, HOURS to speak with someone in billing. Then to have them lie to me, and have me in tears. The online billing is a joke. Almost impossible to navigate, and when you set up a payment plan for that bill, and that bill only, then they use it without your permission to pay for other bills. PLEASE PLEASE, if you have to deal with any bills, document and save everything because you may need it to defend yourself. BEWARE. Had I known it was going to be like this, it would have been less of a headache to drive 3 hrs to Milwaukee.
