Staying at the Stratosphere, stopped in on my last day here, everything was going smoothly until it came time to check out and I tried to use my players card to get a discount, unfortunately for some reason the discount wasn't applied. Which wasn't a huge deal, we got back in line and had them issue a refund for the difference. For some reason this was a rather difficult task for the cashier (Paula), who ended up over charging me some how and we ended up owing more money instead of actually getting a refund. As Paula was returning some of the items I noticed 2 of the Tee-shirts that were signed 2/$25 rang up their individual prices. She then proceeded to argue with me about how the sign says "select styles" when in fact no where on the sign does it indicate that. While this particular location may be convenient for those staying in the Stratosphere, the customer service does not justify shopping at this location.

After purchasing ear buds hoping to help with air ...

After purchasing ear buds hoping to help with air pressure relief during flight, I came across the exact product I needed at a different store in the airport.
I returned to the original store, Flight Stop, to return the ear buds purchased 20 minutes earlier, but instead was confronted by the salesclerk with a placard stating all sales are final. This contradicts the printed receipt which allows for returns and a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Long story shorter, we were refunded in full. It took 45 minutes to do so, and required waiting on an angry manager. Had we been in a hurry to catch our fight, which is normally the case, we would have had to let this go.
Buyer beware here!!!!!!

The worst and most toxic company I have ever worked for ! One bad secret shop and they can fire you right away with no warning . I will not recommend. Upper management doesn t care about you .
If I could give 0 stars I would . They did not aw knowledge if you show up on time or have the best attendance .

A printed receipt is a legal and binding contract ...

A printed receipt is a legal and binding contract and no signage can nullify the return policy printed on a receipt.

Was at the Denver airport and needed something to help relieve the pressure in my ears during flight. 5 years ago I found a miracle product call Earplanes. Since then I could not find them. I purchased a pair of earbuds from the Flight Stop as they can help.

I went into the CNBC store and found my Earplanes. I went back to the Flight Stop and asked for a refund not 5 minutes later. The associate pointed to a sign on the counter that stated that all sales final electronics. I pointed to the return policy on the receipt, my legal and binding contract, the argument ensued. I was granted a full refund when I said I was going to the airport customer service.

A PRINTED RECEIPT IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT!

The employees can have a relaxed time with custome...

The employees can have a relaxed time with customers if they were not pushed so hard and threatened with write ups for not getting sales. I realize we are in the environment of commission sales and conversion numbers. The sales, with add ons come easier if we are allowed to be ourselves. The most enjoyable part of the job is the customers that you can help shop with. The UPPER MANAGEMENT don't take time to really get to know their Teams of managers and associates. I m so disappointed
THEY DON T APPRECIATE THE MOST LOYAL EMPLOYEES!
Do NOT WORK FOR MRG
They don t take care of you .
