A printed receipt is a legal and binding contract ...

A printed receipt is a legal and binding contract and no signage can nullify the return policy printed on a receipt.

Was at the Denver airport and needed something to help relieve the pressure in my ears during flight. 5 years ago I found a miracle product call Earplanes. Since then I could not find them. I purchased a pair of earbuds from the Flight Stop as they can help.

I went into the CNBC store and found my Earplanes. I went back to the Flight Stop and asked for a refund not 5 minutes later. The associate pointed to a sign on the counter that stated that all sales final electronics. I pointed to the return policy on the receipt, my legal and binding contract, the argument ensued. I was granted a full refund when I said I was going to the airport customer service.

A PRINTED RECEIPT IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT!
