Horrible, horrible management company! Employed a crooked General Manager at the Microtel (Hanes Mall Property) and despite multiple serious grievances has not done anything at all. You would think this company condones unfair & downright discriminatory practices the way they have turned a blind eye. You really have to find it amazing how this company is still doing business!
I been here for almost 2 years, and is one of the worst places to stay with family, they have sing of no smoking for more than 25 foots of the main entrance but no one respected and the manager mr. cash is even worst as a manager of this hawthorn place in sterling. I have complain so many times that I got tire. seen people drunk , smoking i n front on the main entrance make this place like slump, with no light in the parking lot near the dumpster, trash all over the place outside and inside. they round out of supplies that we have to buy are own, because every time you go to front desk they don`t have. never stay in this i called BROTHEL,
