I absolutely love our library the staff is always very helpful for instance, I asked if they had any books by the author Mary Stone they didn't & immediately ordered a few. I went to pick them up today!
The assistance provided at the Johnson County public library is really great on a very large scale. I truly appreciate the clerk whom assisted me in locating my documents and printing them although the new printer was not functioning well. I couldn't have got that done without clerk assistance. I appreciate u. Thank u much.
Found books my daughter was very interested in right away and she enjoyed reading and coloring pages in the library!
We love the Johnson County Library, especially the Franklin branch! The workers are friendly and helpful. The selection is wonderful. I rarely have trouble finding what I want but if they don't have something, I can almost always get it interlibrary loan. We read a lot of books and I have always been pleased with the service here. The library also has something going on every day, whether it be a regular program or a special contest. There are always fun things to do or great prizes to win. We were able to pet sharks this summer at one of their special programs! It's a really great resource in the community and I am so thankful it.
The librarian who helped me was awesome. I was applying for a job and she guided me thru all the steps I didn't know or understand. As I was leaving I chatted with her briefly and found out she was the child librarian and it made since. If you need to use their computers, hopefully you will meet her if you need help. It was a much better experience than Work one.
The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience!
