Mars Review

I stopped going here almost 7 months ago because I was a regular who came all the time and drove up 1 1/2 hours and I got kicked out on a Saturday due to it being busy, not to mention I always came by myself. I also used to bring my own Shisha. At least treat your regulars with respect. I totally get that this is a business and you are trying to get more people inside but don't kick the ones out who are willing to spend their money to come all the way up. I stick with my Sapphires Hookah because they always have treated me right and they still do. I was never one who complained but I did after I got kicked out. The one thing I will always miss is how many people I had become friends with there, However I will never be back.

Update:
My problems with Venus and Mars has been fully resolved. I will definitely be back and I will be coming often again! I hardly ever complain about any place I ever been to and I hated having to do that last review. Thank you for resolving my problems and being more understanding and willing to work with me. I appreciate it. You guys are great!

Went here for the first time last night. The vibe was nice, great lighting, and a perfect playlist. The bar is in a great location with great parking space. I like that they are open late even on weekdays (2am). Overall its a nice place to hang and chill.

Nice hookah lounge. Not my favorite music, but pretty chill place to relax with friends. 18+ area.

Raunchy place with 18 year olds playing video games.. What a waste of money... Oh and did I mention the ripped sofas? Very classy. Not!

Good music, lots of hookah flavors and more! If you are uncomfortable with loud music do keep in mind that's what you will be walking into. There are a lot of cool lights and good comfortable seating. If you choose, you can rent the big screen in the back and play games. A great choice for the night, and if you come in before 10:30 there usually isn't a line.

Venus has been my favorite hookah bar for years now in all of Seattle tbh. Best hookah, shisha never burns quickly so you know they know what they re doing. Amazing customer service & staff, owner is super nice too. Prices are super fair compared to other hookah bars I ve been to. The ambiance is very chill on weekdays and if you wanna turn up, smoke hookah and enjoy great music with friends, Fridays and Saturdays are the nights to go. Love it! Headed there tonight after work actually. Keep it up guys!

Services was good. Great selection of drinks. Food was delicious.

I was a little disappointed and mislead by all of the pictures. I went on a Friday night, there was music playing, but it seemed...quiet. There were about 15 people in there, the couches were worn and uncomfortable. But the hookah was great and the staff was nice. I did have to wait a while for the coals though.

The experience I had was horrendous. Wouldn t recommend it no one. Entry was handled very poorly. Had approximately 4-7 people cut me for my spot in the line, which led to me being in the cold that much longer! Hookah was subpar. Customer service was also very subpar. At the moment I wouldn t recommend it to no one. I hope you make improvements in the future.

The staff was really nice and professional but it's for a younger more hip hop oriented crowd. Not my gig but it might be yours.

I guess I'm a little older than the crowd that would like this place. I didn't care for how loud the music was. I wasn't able to have a conversation with my friends. The furniture was comfortable. It seemed more like a club. If you are into clubbing and smoking hookah, you will like this place.

My niece begged me to come hang out here with her. A nightmare? Stand in a REDICULOUSLY long line for almost an hour in the cold and I'm no longer such a enthusiast about the location. Loud. WAY overcrowded.

Great place. It s the best hookah lounge I have ever been to. I ve been a regular customer for the past three years, and I love the relaxing weekday atmosphere.

If I could have it be 0 stars I would. Where to begin???
-They have very loud music, worst than some clubs I've been to. I'm trying to burn and chill with friends not bump and grind. I know it makes me sound old, but my ears should not be ringing from a hookah bar.
-They have a $5 "membership" fee. Just another way for them to get money out of you.
-Don't serve booze and all drinks are $2.
-they kept big table held for parties that weren't even there yet and shoved our "booth" with strangers. Also, something they didn't tell us they'd do when we first got there. Makes it tough to have a conversation with friends when you are 3ft from strangers trying to squish in to a small space.
-Worst of all. A basic burn with 3 flavors is $17. Not a bad price. Except what the board next to cashier that list the house rules fails to mention, is that regardless of how fast or slow you smoke, you have to "refill" every hour to hold your spot. So like us, who were trying to just enjoy the night, we still had probably an hour left one our first burn when we were told we had to refill. We were told "that's how we keep people from just hanging out all night." Isn't that the point? To relax and chill and burn one? We bounced before being forced to pay.

After all that, the flavors weren't the greatest and I woke up the next morning with a headache. Place needs to clean their shyt. Could have been fun, if the venue hadn't ruined it.

Great atmosphere; perfect on the weekdays for a chill vibe & even better on the weekends if you re looking to have a good time! So many flavors to choose from, hookah is always good. To top it off the staff is great, welcoming, informative, and friendly.. definitely recommend it :)

Amazing vibe. Love the set up prices aren't bad at all. Enough space to set and chill. Music isnt over powering. Just didnt like the $5 membership fee but its whatever it last a year.

I enjoyed myself here. There were 2 hostess that were especially kind. One of them was a little nosy, but she had a nice smile and great service so I'd definitely come again. I even gave her my snapchat. Anyways, overall it was a pleasant experience. For a hookah bar it was nice to see people moving and grooving myself included, I was a fan of the music.

Had a pineapple hookah. Only place I could find that served this. Kinda spendy though.

Enjoyed my visit to this lounge! Great place to chill and smoke. The dj on the other hand wanted us to like him on social media in order to get our requested songs played!!! Wth im visiting i dont want your adds on my timeline dide!!! Just play the requested song damnn... yall would have been atleast a 4 star but the dj messed it up. He did play good music though.

First time visit to this location from out of town the location is in a good area the atmosphere is nice and chill laid-back dark place the music was good. Only reason why I gave it a three star was because there was no alcohol hookah and alcohol is always a good mix to have a better good night out first time I go to a hookah spot and there s no alcohol coming from up N. Things are Way better. Customer service was OK it took a long time to bring more charcoal. Hookah flavor was in the mild side.
