Marriott Tampa Westshore Review

I had 3night stay there it was peaceful n it's very nice there but it would of been better if I hadn't had stain sheets n the room wasn't dusty I had to wipe fridge down n then kinda disappointed no microwave in the room..also went down for more towels n washcloths just have whoever that was that brought them to me be rude to me cuz I asked can she take the dirty ones out she stated that's for housekeeping n snatched them up I was saying thank you she just said nothing..n then as I checked my towels one of the washcloths was stained..this place should be better with what it cost per night

Great hotel and great staff. Did a lot of research until I could find something good. This place is definitely worth staying.

Excellent place to stay... Kyle at the front desk is very knowledgeable About surrounding attractions ...very professional With excellent customer service skills.. I wish other hotel clerks would take a page out of his book.. Not only the overall appearance of the rooms ..the facility... but customer service is very important and Kyle covered that thank you so much for our stay.. We will definitely return

Awesome stay! 3 day weekend. They were polite, accommodating, and understanding to my difficulties. Beautiful location, impeccably clean, and pics match real life. It was seriously undervalued on the hotel packages

My stay was good because the room was clean and accommodating. However, upon check in, I was greeted by a gentleman and a young lady with bright red hair and a very rude attitude. It is past midnight, I JUST got done attending a wedding party, I m in a dress and this crazy chick wants me to walk to another hotel because she didn t want to look up my information in another way. After I give her my confirmation number (you re welcome, genius), I was able to get into my room. Please train this girl again with customer service because that was not it. And her lack of consideration to even ask about how to pronounce a Hispanic last name was condescending and unprofessional.

Decent hotel. Don t hear much noise from other rooms. Staff was prompt in changing my room upon request. Decent gym. Nice location. Low white noise from AC. Store has some essentials. Overall decent stay.

Decent Marriott that appears that it recently went through a minor facelift. Good location, walkable to a large mall nearby. Free parking in a safe location. Honored my status and got a fairly decent upgraded room with a nice view.

Every towel smelled weird, A/C smelled moldy but the room was mostly clean and had a big pool that was half inside half outside. Asked for my room to be cleaned and got a very hesitant yes...but it got done so it s fine.

Very nice pool wish there was a hot tub. The lobby was very pretty and the rooms were clean but kind of small. The bathroom was lovely though.

The restaurant inside is the best , I had the boom,boom, shrimp tacos and can't wait to have them again. I paired with fruit and had a perfect light lunch. My sever was awesome, he was very good at his job and very nice to talk to. The pool area is beautiful all around we had a blast

Very clean, staff was very friendly and accomadating. My specific requests were followed seemingly without issue and I was able to get the room I wanted without issue. Their members program is great and has amazing perks. The rates are reasonable for what they offer and it is located in a perfect area to reach anything you would want or need. Will def be staying there regularly.
