Marriott Regional Sales Office (Philadelphia) Review

Great location. Was within walking distance of several sites of interest.

Visited friends staying at the hotel. Nice rooms and helpful staff

Stayed here many times for conventions. Has a walkway to the convention center, meeting rooms, and a bar for special events on the ground floor.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing, alternative staff.

Great location. Two blocks from City Hall. One block away from Reading Terminal Market. Valet parking is available. As well as many other dining options located inside the property. The hotel is connected to the Philadelphia Convention Center. You do not have to step outside when attending an event there. There is also a 24 hour 7 days a week FedEx Kinkos inside the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, with and excellent location adjacent to City Hall. The staff were friendly, room was clean and well-appointed, and the facilities were great. The reason for my 2-star rating is noise. We could hear every movement in adjacent rooms, and could even understand conversations being held next-door. No privacy at all! In addition, we had to visit 5 ice machines to find one that was working.

Literally hell on earth. If you want to be pawned off from customer service to front desk for literally 90 minutes.....kick back and enjoy. Honestly worse service anywhere winning 5 blocks. Impossible to do worse. On the 11th checkin attempt we were able to enter our room after being accuse of giving someone else our key 10 times. Seriously go ANYWHERE ELSE.
