First rate accomodations and staff. This place has something for everyone. Pools, restaurants, fitness classes, beach access with reserved seating, etc. The room was modern and seemed brand new. The view of the ocean was outstanding. The staff was friendly and willing to help in any way.
Check in is slowww. Beds comfy. Room nice. No housekeeping due to Covid restrictions. Food yummy and pool area beautiful.
Visited April 2021. They constantly cleaned and wiped down surfaces during covid-19. The staff are friendly and helpful..

Rene and I have been coming here to the Marriott Ocean Club for 6 years now and we have never been disappointed .. Very courteous and they treat us like part of the family..Everyone is so happy to see us and call us by our names which makes you feel like home..Can't wait to go back next year..would like to give a shout out to Pedro,Julio, Ericka, and all the staff at Champions Sports Bar that wait on us and bring us there fabulous food and my bucket of beer,,,and a very special thanks to Joel Francisco ,,he is the best Waiter.
Always a pleasurable stay at the Ocean Club! The renovated rooms look amazing. The staff is super friendly as usual, and we felt really safe with all health protocols in place at the resort.

I am a Titanium Elite member with Marriott and own property with the vacation club.
However, the fitness center states they require a mask for entrance and must remain on your face while inside a Marriott building, but they do not enforce the policy. Majority of the people working out in the upstairs fitness room were not wearing a mask. I saw a security person upstairs and he did nothing to correct the situation. I spoke with the Supervisor at the front desk and she informed me on two separate occasions I would receive a phone call from the Manager of the Fitness Center. I was never called by anyone.
This was a very disappointing aspect to an otherwise lovely stay.
Absolutely Amazing!! Astonishing Sunsets every night. Perfect getaway to relax, reset, and recharge. For beach lovers Palm Beach is one of the best in the world. Never disappoints.
