Luxury hotel attached to city center shopping center

I booked our stay through Visit Qatar program as we have a long layover coming from Rome to Manila. Upon check in, the front desk officer (sorry forgot his name), upgraded our room into a 1 bedroom suite with complimentary wifi and also gave us chocolates! The package we got is way more than what we paid for! Excellent Service!

This is a great hotel has everything anybody could ask for. The rooms are spacious and the cleaner ( Mahesh) on 37 floor has made my stay even more special by leaving swans on bed done by towels with a little message saying have a brilliant stay in your second Home well how nice is that. It seems he really aims to please. The servers in the hotel can t do enough for you and I feel this is a fantastic place to stay long term. Well done!

Very nice hotel, business center will meet your meeting needs, restaurant meals are worth the cost and services is great.

Cucina - Best Pizza in Town
We are monthly visit Cucina, most of the time for Diner. They have very nice service, especially Raymond who is always very happy and enthusiastic. All the food is good but Pizza Capriciossa is the best pizza in town for me.
Price are acceptable. Definitely worth !

Great hotel! Breakfast in cafe on the first floor is perfect!!

The staff very well. But the rooms and the services offered by the Hotel is not good. The beds are not comfortable. And the hotel management is not flexible and does not help with your suggestions

After engaging in some email correspondence with Marcel prior to our stay, we were informed that we would be receiving a room upgrade and complimentary WiFi during our stopover, which built up our excitement for the visit. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the friendly staff and met Marcel, who was most welcoming and kind towards us. Our room was unexpectedly spacious and lovely, and the service we received throughout our stay was phenomenal. The location of the hotel allows for easy navigation of the city and visits to City Center Mall (which contains 130+ stores, an ice skating rink, many restaurants/cafes, and a large supermarket). Furthermore, we were treated to a platter of fruits en-suite and appreciated the abundance of complimentary water bottles available to us. We absolutely loved our short stay in sunny Doha, are grateful for the world-class service, and will definitely make an effort to return to Marriott Marquis for a lengthier appreciation of the hotel grounds and the hospitality of its staff in the future!

5 star hospitality, excellent service, situated in the heart of Doha

Very, very nice and very big hotel. Super room, super clean and absolutely nice, friendly staff who make every effort to fulfill.
Breakfast is just top class. The direct connection to CityCenter Mall is also very pleasant.
1 star deduction for windows that can not be opened, very dirty windows, quite noisy air conditioning and a lack of German television program.

Lighting needs some improvement
Steak was well cooked and served
Side dishes were to the point!
Wine list is satisfactory
No music during my visit however

This hotel is very well located at the city center of Doha. A special feature is that it is connected with a big shopping mall thru the second floor, what is very handy during warm days.

Everything about this hotel is great. Hotel, rooms, restaurants, clubs all. Regarding the valet management, they really have to do something. Very late and on top unprofessional behaviour.

You cant park your car on your own, I don't like valet to drive my cars. thus 1 star only.

Good service, nice staff and helpful, clean rooms,restaurant service was slow , no arabic menus, open air cafe (Aqua lounge) not allowing kids because of alcohol served which is not good for me .

Stayed on the program + Qatar. Friendly staff. The location is great, you can take a bus from the airport at any time, I rode 777 for 10 reals. From the second floor you can immediately go down to the mall, where there is a caret. There you can eat cheap, takeaway food, as well as vegetables, fruits. Nice Hotel in the heart of Doha. New Metro stop and station right outside.

When arriving at 8 am to the hotel while I had a reservation starting at the evening, I asked if I could already enter the room. Just like when asking to leave the room at 2 pm instead of 12, I was, if this was not possible just expecting to leave my bags.

The room was available and I could entered it immediately. However, when looking to pay my bill, I noticed that I had been charged one extra night.

This is definitely my last stay at this hotel. There was no problem to tell me from the beginning that there was a room but that I would then be charged for the extra 4 hours and I would have simply left my bags. This is totally unacceptable.

The front staff, the spa, everyone is spectacular. Very accommodating and def worth a 5 star review

In the heart of for city. Very good looking. City centre mall is attached to the hotel. There are good bars including one sports bar.

The service is excellent .. it is quiet and has a special privacy overnight

I had the pleasure of staying here fairly recently as part of a short stopover in Doha. The facilities and room were terrific, but most helpful of all was the staff. I arrived in Doha having, foolishly and accidentally, checked in my bag to the final destination, leaving me without most of my possessions. The hotel was incredibly helpful in ensuring that I was covered with what I needed for my stay.

Hard to overstate is the direct access to the mall, providing for an easy thing to do right by the hotel which doesn t require transport, and avoids walking around in the hot sun.

I thought the Doha InterCon just nearby was great, but the Marriott Marquis is even better.

Big rooms and very nice swimming pool. Always crowded. Breakfast is well enough but could be better. Fruit cocktails are the greatest ever in the morning. Very good location.

The 2nd floor has Cross road restaurant, don't miss Saturday Brunch

Doha Marriott City Center Hotel, which consists of two 45-storey towers adjacent to Doha City Center Business Complex, the view of this hotel is very beautiful and excellent, the service and treatment of staff are very respectful and responsive, rooms are quiet, clean, club and snorkeling With quality and all the elements of a luxury 5-star hotel, king size beds, TV, safe box, iron, hairdryer, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, sound system, alarm and radio, bathtub, toilet and everything It has a good hotel we want. The proximity of the hotel in the center of Doha and the presence of taxi, bus and metro stations make the location of the hotel very special. Overall it would be a great choice for a business or leisure trip and is highly recommended.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. They allowed me a very early check-in and late check-out. The view was nice and the matress and pillows amazing! You also get complimentary tea, coffee and a Nespresso machine on the room!

Great location, walking distance from Shell Center, link to the Shopping Mall adjacent to it and all premium facilities. Very comfortable. Amazing buffet breakfast at Crossroads Kitchen, there sud be briefing to customers about the sharp plug concealers behind sofa. I accidentally slit my feet there while trying to pull curtains.

Marriott Marquis staff are the most professional staff in Doha. Weather you go to the 8th floor terrace, or pool, or Cuccina, or Ipanema or the ground floor coffeeshop, they will always try to do their best to make you happy. Thank you chef for an amazing falafel on special request, the terrace service was great, you are an amazing team. Thank you for a great evening

Luxurious hotel in the heart of the city with a access to city centre mall.

Typical Business hotel located in downtown with quiet nice leisure facilities, being connected to city center shopping mall and recreation facility, Shisha lounge is just amazing.

Was an amazing experience, will definitely be back!

It is close to the city center, so shopping is easy, and the high-rise buildings of Al Konishi come in at a glance.

The reception staff in particular were inviting, accommodating, and made the experience of staying here and absolute pleasure from the start

Beds are very comfortable and the rooms extremely spacious. The bathroom in my opinion can use a refurbishment.

The hotel has many restaurants including a steakhouse, Italian, a shisha lounge, chocolate shop, and many more.

The gym is well equipped and large for a hotel gym and the pool facilities are excellent.

I highly recommend this Marriott!

Nice hotel and great selection of outlets. Champion bar is a nice hangout place. And Quick bites has good selection of food.

Visited Aziza restaurant, it is always a good place to chill. U fortunately their DJ is not good at all, food was great although I consider expensive for the very small portions they are serving, service was good

Beautiful view, fresh food, friendly staff. Kids were happily entertained by kind restaurant personnel.

When traveling through Doha, you have a plethora of hotel options, but the Marriott Marquis City Center really strikes the perfect balance of everything I look for in a hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed, as is the hotel as a whole. As its name implies, it is well located in the city center - a short 15-20 minute taxi from the airport and right next to a metro station. I didn't get much time to enjoy it, but there was a nice pool to cool down in the warm Doha weather. The club lounge was well stocked, and had excellent views of the Doha skyline. Overall, everything was excellent during my stay last month.

But what really set this hotel apart was the level of service and teamwork displayed by the staff here. I stay about 50 nights a year at hotels - many of them one-night stays at Marriotts like this stay was - and I have never felt more welcomed or taken care of than I have at this hotel. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were exceedingly friendly and helpful, but Mr. Nasr and Ms. Gonzales went way above and beyond anything I have experienced before. I won't get into specifics, but thank you to you both! They exemplify Marriott hospitality at finest. I hope to encounter both of them at another Marriott in the future, and for any future stays in Doha, I will be sure to stay the Marriott Marquis City Center.
