This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Angel made everything perfection for us. I am grateful for her and the entire staff! Angel did an amazing job for my wife's birthday and I am very appreciative. Miles, the bellman was knowledgeable, friendly and curteous and had a very nice disposition. The room had amazing views of the Falls. The hotel had a Starbucks, Morton's steakhouse, gift shop and a nice little bistro styled eatery that allowed me to enjoy my humas while looking at the Falls. I will see to stay here and in my room of 2323 Everytime I am in Niagara Falls. This hotel is extremely clean. The hotel was bustling and full of international clients speaking wonderful languages and some dressed in the garb from there beautiful countries.

If I could improve just 3 things it would be

1) Have the house keepers communicate with each other. I had two separate housekeepers come to my room before it was time for my check out within 15 minutes of each other. It was mildly annoying. I received an extension on my check out time. So this could be my fault! Lol at least I can say that they were kind and respectful about the disruptions.

2) I would also better explain the process of the length of time in which it takes to get your car from Valet. It was long, not as long as the poor guy who waited an hour but nevertheless longer than I wanted to stand in the lobby.

3) The temperature of the Jacuzzi. This is not a real complaint as Angel did offer to have someone come and check it but I declined.

Over all, these are small things and do not take away from the splendor of the hotel nor the excellence of the staff!

Lastly, I would like to acknowledge a hotel associate by the name of Firas. This young man was extremely professional and mindful of the holiday that was the day before and showed restraint so that he would be fresh to attend to his responsibility of outstanding customer service! Firas was on point, dressed very sharp, he looked like a model. He was very savvy and charming. It would seem that if there was anything that we would've needed, Firas would've been able to acquire it for us.

Please note that the minor upsets that I experienced may not be what you would experience so please do not let these three things sway you from enjoying the world class service the Marriott Niagara Falls Hotel Fallsview & Spa. If you are lucky enough to get room 2323 your partner will thank you so much! Wink, wink! Lol

Wonderful hotel, the view from our room was worth the price all by itself. Very close to everything and very good service.

The only one downfall is that the WiFi service was terrible, worse than any Marriott I have ever stayed at.

Stayed at this hotel twice and was not impressed with the service and level of cleanliness.

The first time, the fridge was not working and it took 3 calls and over 2 hours before someone came to my room to tell me there is nothing they can do. If the fridge is not working, then the room should not have been put into service (I expected more from the Marriott Brand).

The second time we booked two rooms. Upon arrival I notice the toilet bowl was not clean. Then when I placed my phone on the night stand I realized that someone before me had spilled coke. This tells me that the room was not cleaned properly and was never inspected before it was released for the next guest.

I had contacted the Hotel Director but never heard back.
Extremely disappointed with Marriott's management.

The last time I was in Niagara, I stayed at the Double Tree Fallsview, the rooms were clean, staff were friendly and parking was much cheaper.

The view is the only reason to stay at this hotel. The room looks and feels old. The phone service (front desk and room service) is poor. They either don t answer or the voicemail says it is not set up correctly. The bathroom is tiny and there are weird red stains in the bathtub...gross! Even though I am booked for 3, the Marriott seems 2 water bottles is sufficient (amenities). I am sure there are other nicer hotels out there...

Great location. We got the two tier room with the Fallsview and absolutely loved it! Staff was very pleasant and this place was in walking distance to everything!
The sound proofing could be a little better as you could hear some of the neighbours but it wasn t too disruptive.
This is our second stay here and would definitely go back.

The waterfall view is wonderful. But you have to walk about 20 minutes to go to the waterfall, and you have to walk more than 20 minutes to the downtown area, so the accessibility around you is considerably lower!
Room facilities are old, but not a big problem. However, the room is not cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself because there was dirt on the bedside table or table.

We absolutely loved our room! Stayed in Fallsview King room with the jet tub and it was amazing. Room was very clean, located on 22nd floor (there are only 23 floors in total) so the view was breathtaking. Bathroom was very clean has jet tub and a walk in shower as well. Hotel provides passes for the bus so you basically ride the bus free for 48 hours and it takes you everywhere there is to visit. We travelled with out 11 month old so it worked out just fine. Valet was pretty friendly but gets busy on the weekends so it s a good idea to let them know 15 minutes ahead if you want your car ready to go as soon as you step out. Hotel is located in a very good spot, you could walk to the falls if you wanted to. The only downside is that we bought the breakfast included deal but the food was mehh it has all the basics just not delicious and the restaurant is located on the bottom floor so doesn t have the best falls view. Only had breakfast the first day even though we had 3 mornings and skipped the rest. There is a starbucks inside the hotel which was awesome as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing view from the room. Room was spacious and clean, however the heating system was all off. Room was either freezing or extremely hot. Made for a bad nights sleep. Valet parking was way over priced, but normal for the area. Executive lounge was nice and clean. Dont recommend the pizza in the lobby bar, it tasted like microwave pizza.

This hotel is not at all rated as a 4.5 star. Firstly, when we arrived, we had to call housekeeping to change the sheets and the bedskirt due to dirt and stains on the sheets. This hotel is very old, and outdated, and needs to be updated. I saw an employee gluing the lobby carpet down because it is so old, and damaged, and needs to be replaced. Secondly, wall paper is coming apart, and is from the 1980s. The radio is very old, no docking for an Ipod, or MP3 player. The toilet is so low, that you feel as if you are sitting on a floor. The mattress also needs to be replaced. I will never stay at your establishment, or any other Marriott because the quality is not there.

Old Marriott hotel, parking is on the other side of the hotel need to walk for 7-8 minutes and charge 50 bucks for one night. No security or any guide in the lobby. I recommend to choose the new Marriott instead of this old one. Choose a waterfall view room as much as possible. You can see the amazing waterfall landscape in the morning or in the evening. The waterfall view is worth for five-stars.

The Tale of a Bottle of Pepsi

The Tale of a Bottle of Pepsi

The rooms were good, and check in was comfortable. The trouble started when the wife asked for a bottle for coke.

For an upscale hotel, this Marriott does not deliver soft drinks to the room. It also does not accept credit cards on the vending machines.

The front desk asked me to come down to get coins, but then asked me to withdraw CAD as they do not accept USD. I withdrew CAD (including the transaction fee) to be told by the new front desk guy that they do accept USD and the previous person must be mistaken.

Then the coins got stuck in the vending machine which was defective.

Oh well, now I want a beer anyway, let me order rooms service.

I loved my stay for Christmas 2018 here because they have a big tree and a warm friendly staff. The views from my room was almost better than leaving to explore downtown with tourists and attractions.

I was completely disappointed with the hotel and service overall. First of all, we didn t get the room we are looking for and the room that they gave us was not even cleaned or prepared. We got shock when get inside. Worst is you can hear next room guest voices. When I report front desk assistant about the room she was not even bothering about our disappointment and simply planning to give a lower floor and says that all we have. I will never book this hotel again. For the price that I paid it is not worth..

The hotel charges arbitrarily. Before coming, he told you that the hotel's wireless network is free, and when you check out, you need wireless network, and bath towels and hot water are charged. The most annoying thing is that we don't even drive to collect money! Although you can see the waterfall, the hotel environment is really average, there are blood stains on the sheets, please fill in the picture.... There will be an inexplicable extra tip on the hotel bill

Awesome views from the top floor. A little disappointed that the hotel restaurant stopped serving at 9 p.m. Parking is pricey but that is what you get for the great location. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

Yes, the hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing night. We had bad breakfast experience, we found a hair in the prepared omelet and told the chef about it and we didn't receive a proper apology or any kind of compensation. Over that the omelet was cold. So if you planning on getting breakfast there do your research on nearby places.

Oh my god . I don t believe it. I m not noisy person . But I had very bad experience with this hotel. I reserve a king room with superior Fallsview and spent 300$ for 1 night. All my room was dusty . The windows very dirty . The hot tub very very dirty and around the hot tub full of small small hair . Sleeping light dosent work. The walls was sticky and dirty from coffee and drinks.
Also they charge me 40$ for parking and I thought they have covered parking but they don t .
They park my car outside and take 1 hr to take back my car . When they bring my car, all my car window and doors was frozen.
I m still shock

Rooms were pretty decent, service was horrid. It took me 5 different calls/visits to the front desk, to get them to bring me a pull out bed. They jacked up the Starbucks suvenior cup and doubled the cost for them. The 2 water bottles in the rooms both costs $5 which is rediculous for the price of the rooms. Front desk wasn't accommodating at all for any requests and when asked about breakfast prices, they told us $10 but then turns out to be $15.

Stayed two nights for part of our honeymoon. Reserved a high floor fallsview king room. When checking in at 8pm (check in time 3pm), we were offered an 'upgrade' to a suite. This upgrade was located on the 8th floor so we rejected as we had paid extra for a high floor room. Upon rejecting this lower floor room we were told our room wasn't ready yet. They found a room for us on the 14th floor which we accepted. When we got into our room we discovered it was a suite which sounds great, however, the wall that was in this suite blocked the window view from the bed and jacuzzi. The window had one chair by it to see the falls and a couch off against the wall that you could not see the falls feom. This made it impossible for us to enjoy the view together and not have a view for majority of the room. I was unimpressed with the customer service and the hotel overall.

So I got charged for free internet, contradicting huh? I even joined the rewards program and it says it comes with free internet. We got put in a room in between 2 families so it was pretty loud, on top of the there was no fridge, the carpet was questionable and the photos of the bathroom were misleading, like the price and the bs charges. The only perk I d say was the view of the falls, but here s a tip on saving 500 dollars, go to the falls and see it for free. Never staying at the Marriott again.

Great hotel but upon checking it, the rooms were not ready so we didn't get the initial room we wanted instead we were put on a lower floor and could barely see the falls which we paid to see from our room. Hotel is also further from cliffton hills then advertised.

This was my 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel! We absolutely love it here and have had great experiences everytime. However this weekend was a bit special... typically I book through expedia or via the marriott site however due to the great weather this weekend and a few local competitions, most of the rooms were sold out. I managed to find a room left through groupon and purchased it there. When we went to check in.. they couldnt find our reservation. I was starting to get worried but Patrizia from the front desk was a rock star! She took us under her wing and made things happen!! It took a wee bit to get it figured out but in return she upgraded our room and gave us some incentives for the wait. She was an absolute doll! This is why I love this place so much!! Thank you Patrizia for all that you did for us, it truly made our weekend one of the best experiences there!!! Can't wait to come back!

Excellent experience. Beautiful views of the falls. Mostly clean room that was updated and nicely decorated. Great staff. Valet parking was very slow so call about 20 minutes before needing your car.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Shubham. He is extremely helpful and kind.

Excellent customer service, and has gone above and beyond every request my wife and I had.

Great recommendations about what to do for fun in Niagara.

Would HIGHLY recommend this Marriott, mainly because of Shubham!

My wife and I came here for a short romantic get away to celebrate my wife's birthday, and could not be happier !

Expensive.(Expected for a nice view of the falls) hidden parking fees for $40 a night, booked a 2 bed with falls view but the booking changed to 1 bed when I booked it. They found me a 2 bed, but it was the lowest floor possible with a view obstructed by the roof of the lobby.

My wife and I have been to the Marriott Fallsview ...

My wife and I have been to the Marriott Fallsview many times in the past and this has become our hotel of choice. However, this time we arrived to find that the restaurant was closed for renovations. The fact that they had a nice restaurant for the evening and then buffet for the morning is one of the primary reasons we choose to return. I'm extremely disappointed that we were not notified of the renovations when booking the hotel. The 'temporary' restaurant was in a conference room and felt more like a local diner than fine dining. We chose not to eat there for diner and walked across to another hotel in the freezing cold. For breakfast we stayed in the hotel and ate at the 'diner' where they blared oldies. Very tacky to say the least.

I did complain to the front desk manager and told her the reason we came to this hotel time and again was due to the fact that the dining was superb. She apologized and offered to take care of our bar tab or parking ($40). I didn't push it but really what might have convinced us to come back would be an offer to return and try another night once renovations had been completed. Next time I think we'll try another hotel.

I uploaded pics and video.
The foreign exchange rate everywhere is low. Just find an atm to withdraw canadian currency. As for the hotel it is awesome!!! Just get the Riverview you still get to see the falls view. Service is fast ,you get free bus passes what you pay for. Free booklet on what you pay for so you don't feel like you paid alot. Free internet for rewards members. The view omgoodness it's fantastic. I do recommend this place. I will come back again soon. Starbucks is from 6:30a.m. till 9:30p.m. on lobby. The bartenders I can't wait to come back again.

We had a room facing the falls on the 8th floor and it was incredible. Lovely time relaxing in the hot tub and the Morton's on site and lobby bar both had awesome views. Bit of a premium from a parking perspective but definitely worth the location Walkway to the incline railroad to get to the edge was right around the corner too. Overall costly but great time.
