Morrell Music Company is an outstanding music store! The communication and responsiveness is the best I have seen! The online store shows actual photos of the instrument you are getting from absolutely every angle. They ship very quickly and the packaging was bullet proof. I highly recommend Morrell Music Company!!!

Service was crap like their attitudes. Their knowledge of music is a joke ,a child knows more and did I Mention the lack of quality products I will never spend another penny with these guys!!! And recommend you don't waste your time !

Always fantastic service and friendleness by every member of staff I ve encountered. Especially great knowledge from Steve who always answers 100 questions most probably waste of his time as long time lover and collector but new to attempting to learn to play guitar. Steve is always very patient and has never steered me wrong on recommendations of product, very appreciative for your time and friendliness and always making me feel welcome and good conversation.

Awesome staff very helpful staff nice prices the only place in the tri_state area who I will EVER wrench on my guitars. I bought an SG off Curtis in 07 let someone else string my guitar and resetup and morrells fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Awesome

I'm not very musically inclined but the staff is always very patient and understanding when I ask thousands of, what I'm sure are, stupid questions. I always go here for any of my musical or audio needs

I went into the store to buy something and couldn't find anyone to help me. After tracking down a young boy I asked a question about an instrument I was intere in. The sales associate didn't know anything about it and wasn't willing to find out either. I think the art of salesmanship is lost especially in this store.

Customer service sux. I was attempting to sell a super nice and very rare guitar and was told to bring it back due to the fact there wasn't anyone there at the time qualified to estimate it's value. Came back 2 days later only to be told they charge $30 for appraisals but in "my interest" they would do a "quick one", just to be offered $125 for a NV-245 Norlin Epiphone 12 string acoustic electric. Just rating my experience.

I play mandolin but they have the strings i need in stock. They also have some used instruments. Nice violins "fiddle" on the wall.

Picked up a new acoustic guitar for my daughter recently. I ve been going to this store since the 70 s with my dad and grew up musically out of this place. The staff is great as always and Steve was great help in helping me choose the right guitar for my girl. She loves it. It s nice to have a different small town oriented store that knows you. Support your local business and take care of our hometown stores.

I purchased a new Yamaha LL16 guitar from Morrell Music Co. Buying musical instruments online can be risky, but not with this company. Shipping was fast. Guitar arrived in perfect condition.(free shipping) Action was set perfect.
This company's service is outstanding and the pricing was very fair, in fact it was the lowest price on Reverb. I will be purchasing from this company again. Highly recommend!

They are very nice there. Always attentive. My son has bought an amp and guitar from there. Music lessons are available. They let you try the equipment before making a purchase.

These guys were lifesavers. I needed a PA last minute and they really hooked me up. Great shop and even better service.

These guys are just great, I can't say it any better than that. My kids and I decided to start a family band and they have always been able to help us out. From amps to drums and guitars and bass. All bought from these guys. We even wanted to kill some time and my son and I dropped by to jam on some new amps they got in, were there for over an hour. This is the kind of place that makes you feel at home. And Steve is the man, if you want it, he gets it for you at a great price! Thanks a gain guys

I was stunned by the customer service I was given by the 2 men that waited on me. I just started playing the guitar so Im not very good yet and while trying to tune I popped a string so I went in to get new strings and they put them on and tuned them for me!!!!!! Thanks guys I will most certainly be back

The guys at morrells are very helpful not pushy and will let you play as long as you want this is a very good store for buying a guitar or other instrument they also do very good work on guitars as far as set ups go and any other work u have had several guitars set up and or strings changed

Price check online before you purchase. They have no qualms selling you expensive firewood.

I recently did so mb e trading with Morrells in Bristol. I strongly recommend that if you're looking for new or used instruments to give them a try. I was treated like a life long customer and my deal was a fair one to say the least.

Great store ! Love the folks who run the store and work there! Recently purchased a Sterling Lukather guitar and a Marshall Plexi Studio Head and a Marshall 2x12 cabinet .Loving them both. I highly recommend the store and products! They will go out of there way to help you !

What a great group of people ! I drove up from Knoxville to purchase a new guitar and got my pay pal payment messed up sat down with Justin and he worked with me and we got it straightened out. Nice group of people to deal with. Next time i need another guitar this will be the first place I will check with. Small local business very personal and knowledgeable. Way better than going to a big box "GC" store where all the kids are thrashing on the electric guitars and so loud that you cant even think. Thanks again to Justin and his staff.

I have 3 teenage daughters ages (14,16, and 17) and my middle daughter wanted an electric guitar for Christmas . First place I stopped at on my hunt was Morrell's Music Company. They guy who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. He found me the perfect gift for my daughter. She was so happy Christmas morning. I will definitely be back as a returning satisfied customer

I have , what I am told is one of the last Morrell ML35S guitars that Curtis Morrell made. I can't verify that I don't suppose but this was what I was told by a very old reputable shop here in Marion NC where I purchased. This guitar is unique and beautiful. It still has pencil marks inside showing its handmade quality. Most importantly, the reason I bought it was because it has the sound ive been looking for in an acoustic for years! I can't afford a Martin sound but I found it in my Morrell. It is truly a treasure to me.

I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 26 years and have been pleased with my purchases and support from their staff. Friendly environment and years of experience is why I keep coming back to them. Excellent company to support.

This is my go-to guitar store because they have responsible prices, great staff, and huge variety of instruments. I have been taking lessons here also and it has been a great experience as well. Overall a great place I love to hang out in.

First rate customer service! Knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to meet my needs on a weekend when other, closer stores said they were 'too busy'. I'll never go anywhere else again. Worth the drive from Elizabethton.

Unfortunately I do not agree with their knowledge of Fender Stratocaster Tremolos. They insisted the non-Fender bar, they went out of their way to provide with my guitar, was correct for it. It can't be installed properly, the threads are not the correct type, nor would that small amount of threads really ever engage the tremolo properly. It likely was the cause of the damage to the tremolo system that prevents any others from being installed. The item was listed in "excellent" condition which was not truthful.

They were condescending at best when I attempted to have a conversation about it with them. Not a very pleasant experience, they have my money and I have a useless guitar.

They're always helpful and nice. My son loves going. He came home with an amp that he paid for himself! No help from mama!

The staff is just phenomenal. It's not about getting the dollar, but about them helping you find the instrument of high quality that best suits your price range, and your specific playing styles. I threw out a what I could pay for an acoustic electric guitar,and Teddy found me exactly what I was looking for within 3 minutes of me walking in the door. Great Service, fine people.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. I've been going to Morrells for ten years or more and somehow have never left a review. Just stopped by omw home from work to see if I could find a decent practice amp and they knew exactly what I needed. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Go check out the BOSS Kitana-50 if they have any left in stock. This thing is a powerhouse, especially for the price of it.

Can't speak highly enough of the customer service experience I had at Morrell Music in Bristol TN. They have a very nice selection of Martin guitars, including some high end ones; and I was looking specifically for the CS 16 Bluegrass, which they had in stock. Martin only made 100 of them. I drove 3.5 hours to get there and it was worth it. The sales staff was excellent on the phone and in person. Very comfortable store and a welcoming environment. I traded in a Martin HD28E Retro and a Taylor 12 string. They quickly evaluated my trades and gave me very fair value on both of them; and the market price on the CS16. For tax reasons, they packed it up immediately and shipped it to me and I received it the next day. I couldn't be more pleased. I'd drive 3.5 hours to shop with them again.
