Service was nice from the front door to the table and the food was excellent. Hadn't been there in years but I will not be staying away that long again. Thanks for making my nieces Birthday a success

Worst property management company in South Florida!!! They lie and only benefit themselves. They take on more properties than they can handle and can't even hire a full staff. They only have 10 people working in their corporate office which makes their accounting department a joke! They have to use US Security personnel in properties to cover shifts. Their managers are rude and they don't care about employees. They used to be called CSI Management Services. BEWARE!!!!
I am a resident at Point of Americas Condominium 1 in Fort Lauderdale. I caution any condominium board considering hiring this firm. I have been a board member at other properties and have experience with management companies. Marquis has very little permanent staffing and brought in temporary hires from a staffing service to fill the void from the previous management's staff departure. The moral of existing staff is low and the comments I hear is "they don't know what their doing" During their stewardship our building has steadily deteriorated. In less than two years we are going into our third manger and not by the choice of our directors. The present manger takes days to more than a week to return calls or emails. He has little ability to manage a staff. Don't let the claim that they manage a Ritz Carlton fool you. I noticed from another negative reviewer they'd like to be contacted by the person. That is a classic business response to a complaint. If they'd like to be contacted why haven't they return my two phone calls. You can't get a live person it's just an prompted answering machine. If after reading the negative reviews you still have doubt about trying this company take a look at the one complementary reviewer who is an employee. Marquis responds thanking him but can't even get the employee's name right. That despite the fact the employee's name is on the posting. This should give you an insight into the attention to detail you will recieve. One would think the excutives of a service business would read reviews regularly. As I write this their response was posted eight months ago and they still have not corrected the employee's name.
