Having moved here just a few months ago after down...

Having moved here just a few months ago after downsizing from a large house, I remain in the process of getting used to living in my apartment. The experience has been most pleasant, however, even if I still do not have everything organized as I would like it to be. The apartment itself, with its vast window space, is cheery, quiet and comfortable. The staff has been most responsive to any requests I have had. All in all, I look forward to continuing to live here.

I have lived at Highpoint now for the better part of a decade. I ve always been greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces when interacting with any and all of the staff. They always go above and beyond to ensure that anything that I have needed is taken care of both professionally and fully.
Even with today s maintenance request. I was meet with a smiling face and a quick answer as to what the issue is and how it s going to be taken care.
I am grateful for the all of the staff and to be a part of this community

Met with Kristen today about lease renewal. Very pleasant took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't rush me through anything. She was very pleasant and helpful. Marquette Manor personnel is always friendly and polite. Greatly appreciate it. Even though even if I have to relocate to a different apartment I think I should be given the discount offer I was sent after living in this apartment for the past at least 12+ year's. Lbvvs. But really do appreciate the staff here. Thank you all.

The management staff is very pleasant and always work to resolve issues in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is exceptional! They are always friendly and efficient when working on service calls. They also make the community feel like a safe and friendly environment, always sharing a smile and a hello when passing by.

I never have to wait for a response, which has been especially comforting during the recent crisis. Even if a response is not the best news, its far better than silence. It takes courage on the part of the management and a sense of personal responsibility to the residents. Very much appreciated

My family and I moved into one of their 3 bedroom units in May of 2020. It s been one of the best apartment communities I have resided at. They have responded quickly to all my maintenance requests. Management has been professional at all times. It is a great community to live in.

Love living here! I feel like I live in a resort, with the pool, club house, pool tables, gym, and actual 1/2 gym. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoy walking around or riding our bikes. The neighbors have all been very helpful and friendly. My kids are really enjoying it as well. Good area for bikes and skateboards. Close to anything! Maintenance has been great with my issues. Management at the complex has been very hands on, love the people in office! They make you feel like an old friend!

They recently sold the complex in Texas (Marquette at preston park)I am living in and sorry to say it was shady at best. Not only are they claiming the mandatory move in checklist that details the issues with the apartment at move in didn t ever exist (which multiple residents including myself have copies of) but they also left me without a working fridge for two months and without ac for a total of a week and a half in mid summer TX. In addition for those moving out they never transferred over the proper move out documentation to the new property management company taking over claiming it was all in a portal that they deleted. Property manager Gina told me I am just having a bad week when I brought these issues to her after relaying the above two along with flooded kitchen due to broke garbage disposal, dishwasher improperly mounted leaving it to practically fall out of the counter every use, and MANY more.

They were unhelpful in every way. I would like compensation for the spoils groceries/having to eat out since my fridge was broken and they said it was fixed each of the 7 times over two months (documented) I asked them to fix it.

Been here over 8 years. Changed apartment floor plans as needed for family changes but since they had 1,2 or 3 bedroom apts, it wasn t a problem. The 3 bedroom even had a 2 car attached garage. Managers have came and left; maintenance personnel have came and left, but over all the complex is well located, has good residents, and we have felt safe. We re ready to extend for another year.

All apartment facilities and managers have issues, but we have worked with the office personnel and issues were resolved in a fair manor. Personal Safety, in unit washer/dryers, actual location and sprinklers (fire protection) were our main reasons for moving here. Great place to live!

We lived at the apartments located at 4701 Preston Park Blvd, Plano, Texas 75093 for eight years. It has maintained it's charm and being a nice place to live. Since we've been there, it has changed ownership three times. We really enjoyed how things were run when we first moved in. I can't say the same about the subsequent owners. I will say, the maintenance crew remains top notch! Of course rents have gone up and up. In the end, it just made more sense to buy a home then continue to pay comparable rent.
