In January 2020 I schedule my family a dental appointment for February 20. The time of my appointment was at 4:45 PM only because myself and my husband gets off at 4:30. Today I get to my dental appointment and I was told that my appointment was at 4:30. I say to the front desk clerk how can it be because I get off at 4:30 and I scheduled this appointment in Advance when I brought my oldest daughter in January. I went to explain to the young lady I have my appointment card which It showed 4:45 and I was called five times on my work cell phone to confirm my family s appointment and to inquire about my husband and daughter insurance. I proceed to discuss the issue with her and request for a manager the young lady states she was the Manager and if I keep raising my voice I will have to leave. I goes to say to her I m not yelling screaming and hollering I m just explaining to you I have my appointment card here plus this appointment was scheduled in advance and if you could not accommodate me when you called me five times to confirm my appointment then you should have told me. So I m blasting dental partners at this time in Nashville Bellevue area because my experience with them was horrible with the so-called manager and she could not provide me her managers name. As a consumer an individual I have a right to be upset. I believe I should have been treated way different and accommodated for what happened today. I would like to hear from the corporate office in regards to this incident and address My concerns for my appointment that was scheduled in advance January 2020 & receiving 5 phone calls about confirmation
