Great place to work, Workers are friendly and company allows progression for all employees. Good rate of pay and working hours are very good. The company are passionate with being environmental friendly and helps customers reduce waste going to landfill. Worked at the company for 8 years and still love working here.
Absolutely shocking place to work.
No respect for workers health and people were forced to work throughout Covid-19 doing non essential work.Winding scrap fibre cable and crushing empty drums,nothing essential in that.
Zero social distancing in place and only provided hand sanitizer 6 weeks after refusing to use the computer that several others were using.
Very quick to distance themselves from any responsibilities when accidents occur,but thankfully HSE were contacted immediately after the latest tragic accident and are involved.
When the workers were looking into joining the union,the owner warned them the Wrexham branch would be closed and everything done from the branch in Scotland if they joined the union.
