My husband and I wanted to add a few additional cabinets to our newly built house. The showroom is great, but it was extremely difficult to have anyone take us seriously. I had to track down the designer who was helping me and every time we spoke, it seemed like I was bothering him or wasting his time. Unfortunately it was difficult to match our cabinets elsewhere, so we came to the company that supplied them in the first place. It was almost like because we were not spending an excessive amount of money, we were pushed aside and overlooked.

Friendly reception and great selection. The demonstration kitchens are lovely and seem likely to be efficient use of space in a home. I haven't yet purchased from them (so only 4 stars this time) but I probably will when the time comes.
Read the contract!! They require money upfront and they will NOT delivered the material until you pay in full. Not even started the installation before they got their full amount paid. Not happy with customer service at all. Three bathrooms done at the same time, all of them had issues. Waited too long for 2 sinks to be replaced ( they arrived broken). Installer was rude and that was a hassle to have a professional coming back to fix all the mistakes.

Markraft Cabinets installed the cabinets in our new home... 7 years ago. Recently we decided to modify our original cabinets and add new ones in the process as well... The decision to go with Markraft again was an easy one. Bryan - our sales rep and Mark our installer did a fantastic job. We would not hesitate to recommend Markraft to family and friends - they are professional and dependable! (Their showroom is awesome too!!)
Very poor customer service from day one as far as buying a new house that hardison home had build, and they installed the cabinets to having them come back out to fix their mistakes and then trying to go to the showroom to try to get someone to come out to measure for another cabinet to be made and I will install, how they stay in business is beyond me, they are terrible! Do not recommend them to anyone!
UPDATE: 3/14/21 After a few additional weeks of waiting, our cabinet face was delivered and our installer was great, so I've added another star. We eventually discovered a few places where the initial installers didn't "adjust" the soft closure euro slides correctly, so the alignment of the accompanying cabinet face was not level. All in all, we are mostly satisfied for this quality level of material and installation.
UPDATE: 9/11/20 Thank you for reaching out and clarifying the replacement order confusion and getting us in contact with the warranty rep (Ginger), who advised us that the two cabinet faces were in your warehouse (*and in good condition) and could be replaced the next day. However, once at our home, the installer saw that only one face could be replaced, because the other was warped. So as of today, we only have one of the initial cabinet faces replaced. I will be more than happy to revise this review, once the other face and cabinet base are replaced satisfactorily.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and productivity of this company. They are the vendor used for our Bill Clark Home in Wilmington, and it has been ridiculously difficult to get them to redo cabinets/doors that were requested at our walk through back in *February*. I understand COVID has slowed down production of things, but does it really take six months to put some laminate and paint together??? Our warranty rep from BCH can't even get them to give an estimated time frame for replacement. They are unresponsive and (again, taking COVID into account), ridiculously slow. This is very poor customer service and representation of a company. I only gave the two stars because the cabinets are decent quality.
I just finished wrapping up my new kitchen and granite countertops from Markraft. Glenda was who assisted me and I just wanted to say everything went flawlessly. She is a great communicator and had me feeling comfortable and informed every step of the way. Thanks Glenda and Markraft for a great job, great price, and wonderful service!

Markraft turned our kitchen remodel into a disaster. A 8-10 week project turned into 6 months. Wrong size cabinets were delivered, wrong colors, installers would start work and then leave after an hour, not seen until I called to complain, our designer was pregnant and had to leave midway through the project, no-one was assigned to replace her, no quality control whatsoever , I had to provide a punch list and they would do half of it and not come back. I insisted on a supervisor come out and it was like I was inconveniencing them. If you want a nightmare, use this company.
This was a very nice and friendly visit. I suggest if you are looking for cabinets to definitely stop by there and let their Friendly staff help you pick out your dream kitchen, bath, Wet Bar or whatever project you are working on and are in need of cabinets.
Melissa went above & beyond to help us get a touch up kit for our cabinets. She kept us updated when there was a delay in getting the kit as well as found the opportunity to deliver it to us, when she was in the area on a design consultation.
Markraft is such a wonderful company to work with! I recently went through a re-model in my home and I was so stressed about the process! But their staff is so professional and knowledgeable that the process was not nearly as crazy as I anticipated. The finished product was everything I dreamed of! If you are looking for a cabinet company for a new construction or remodel, I HIGHLY recommend them!
