After a few additional weeks of waiting, our cabinet face was delivered and our installer was great, so I've added another star. We eventually discovered a few places where the initial installers didn't "adjust" the soft closure euro slides correctly, so the alignment of the accompanying cabinet face was not level. All in all, we are mostly satisfied for this quality level of material and installation.

Thank you for reaching out and clarifying the replacement order confusion and getting us in contact with the warranty rep (Ginger), who advised us that the two cabinet faces were in your warehouse (*and in good condition) and could be replaced the next day. However, once at our home, the installer saw that only one face could be replaced, because the other was warped. So as of today, we only have one of the initial cabinet faces replaced. I will be more than happy to revise this review, once the other face and cabinet base are replaced satisfactorily.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and productivity of this company. They are the vendor used for our Bill Clark Home in Wilmington, and it has been ridiculously difficult to get them to redo cabinets/doors that were requested at our walk through back in *February*. I understand COVID has slowed down production of things, but does it really take six months to put some laminate and paint together??? Our warranty rep from BCH can't even get them to give an estimated time frame for replacement. They are unresponsive and (again, taking COVID into account), ridiculously slow. This is very poor customer service and representation of a company. I only gave the two stars because the cabinets are decent quality.
