Markham Stouffville Urgent Care Center Review

HEY GUYS, I must say I LOVE THIS URGENT CARE CENTRE ... the staff is amazing & Dr.Sharifian has helped me alot. I came here to get a physical check and to find out I had health issues. I had a family doctor and he did not help AT ALL . Coming to this clinic has helped me better my health and guess what I am feeling much better... they actually take their time listening and putting down exactly how you feel and what you say and take action to HELP your health . I LOVE IT HERE ... I live in Toronto but I come here because THEY SAVED ME & do a damn good job . THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE . from T.B

I had a very positive experience today.
The nurse was very pleasant and the Doctor
was very helpful. They did the same tests as the hospital and i was home in 1hour.

Switched over to this Clinic, 2 years ago. The doctors are extremely helpful, patient and caring. I know we've all had experiences with doctors rushing us out of their office, or leading on the conversation, just to get to the next patient.

I've never experienced that with this Clinic, they do get excessively packed sometimes, and so wait times can vary. However the service is always top notch. I'd recommend anybody looking to switch family doctors to switch over to them. I hope they keep up the good work!

I don't have a traditional family doctor anymore but Doctor Sharifian and the staff here make me feel like family. I have been using MSUCC for 2 years and anything I need is never out of the question. They are an excellent team and staff.
It's alot like an emergency room atmosphere. Theres very fast here too..not much of a waiting time.

I'need.the all staffs are good...

Amazing Centre I do not go to my family doctor anymore , I am always here and I love it Doctors and staff are amazing , makes my visit so easy and smooth with no worries at all ..... for years I have never had Great Results until i made my way to this URGENT care . AMAZING

Reception is so rude no please thank you nothing. Been here before she always has a miserable day. Wonder why this place has alot of bad reviews. If a patient start with a rude reception

Non compliance of Covid 19 protocols

We did not sit in the waiting room chairs because they were not being wiped down between each person. When we were called into the patient room I asked if the chairs in there were wiped and the girl responded "No we don't have time." Despite the "Ways to stop the Spread of Covid 19" poster on the wall. I pulled out my own wipes and cleaned the chair and the 'bed' the patient sits on. I was so discussed that I took a photo. I will attach it.

After waiting and watching people who arrived before us leave we decided we were just going to go. I was grossed out with every passing minute. The reception said I have to let the doctor know that I am going to leave and coincidentally he was able to see my daughter.

I expressed my disappointment to the doctor and he advised that's not his job and has to do with management. He did end up calling me at home later that evening to say he spoke to management about the issue. If you notice this Centre is still in this condition call City of Markham By law to report non compliance of Covid 19 protocols.

Very professional and efficient staff. Reduced the anxiety about a potentially worrisome issue, and even went so far as to offer their own treatment, rather than just referring somewhere else. Much appreciated!

It used to be a fantastic clinic. Now the doctors rush you out 2 minutes into the consult. Referral was sent to the wrong office and the doctor was condescending when I told him it was wrong and tried to convince me I was confused. Last 3 times I visited this clinic, I left with more questions than I had coming in. Would not recommend.
