I've been having issues with my Smart Trader charts for a while. Now my Market Traders Online University has an issue on the back end and the tech support can't seem to fix the issue. They've supposedly escalated it to an Admin but it's still not fixed. My patience has run out. I've spent a LOT of money over the last 9 months with them and I'm very frustrated with MTI right now. MTI, FIX MY ACCOUNT.

They say they have a 100% money back guarantee if you don t see yourself help with the product. I inquired bout canceling within the first 7 days cause I don t see myself interested in trading anymore, but I was informed if I canceled I would lose my money so how is that a money back guarantee.
This program is not design for you to receive a 100% money back guarantee. I have spend almost 2 hours a day watching courses online for a whole week and is only shows that I have complete 2.1 hours which is crazy.
Great place to learn all there is about trading and the financial markets as well as provide outstanding software to analyze trades.
I tried to use this company to help me with my trading Forex, they offered me a 60 day money back and when i was very unhappy with their program after 2 weeks and asked for my money back i was told no because i had not completed the course. the worse part is 2 weeks later they charged me another 350.00 and refused to give that back as well. i was forced to closed my account to keep them from ever charging me again. if you are smart never buy anything from Market Traders institute they will only take your money they are nothing but thieves.
Going on two months and 100 attempts to get off this SPAM list... WARNING Folks ... SCAMMERS SCAMMERS .. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR EMAIL OR ANY INFORMATION. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR SPAM EMAIL LIST AND THEY WONT DO IT... ALWAYS A SIGN OF SCAMMERS...
I've got a pending case with this company because of there empty promise ,2018 CTI financed me for training that I didn't receive from this company and I even went to there offices to complain and get issue resolved but they told me that Timo is not around he will contact me as soon as he get back to the office that was 2018 till today 2021.
I haven't receive any feedback or call from him and it is now affecting my credit profile coz this thing is showing on ITC.
so I don't know if this is how they run there business on is there anyone that can I contact and just cancel my name on there system coz they lied to me from Day one and the salesperson told me that it was cancelled but today it is affecting my credit score
The are simply amazing .... They will teach you things about FX trading that you probably won't get anywhere.
I had my challenges with them at the beginning as it's my first time ever and I was confused and panicked but with the Likes of Mathew, Eady, Kurt etc I feel alot better they are trustworthy, they are considerate and they are ever willing to support you as long as you're ready to keep pushing.
No matter what it is; speak to them and they'll try their best to find a way .
I have had some very bad experiences with the smart trader system I've also bought many of the products that they claim will generate income at exorbitant prices.
I've asked marker traders to fix some software issues with their system to include their online university .it's been from my experience so far they avoid your phone calls they never call you back all you're asking is for a phone call back to see what the problem is they don't want to call you back I've spent thousands of dollars with these people and it's all a joke..
Now I'm left with a bunch of products that don't work or can't be fixed.
It is a sad day for market traders institute because I was market traders biggest fan but now they have abandoned me.
Market traders institute get your people to call us back fix our problems and we'll go away.
I was only fleeced for $700, so when I see the other reviews I feel fortunate as many have lost thousands. Most of the 5-star reviews are suspect to me. They don t honor the unsubscribe from their email spamming. They prey on people s emotions promising lots of money but mti are the only ones making the money. Forex is a dangerous area to get involved with and most people that need money would be better off playing the lottery or try to get struck by lightning.
I had very bad experience with them, i remember i could follow jacob in autotrader, that costed me a fortune. Went wrong so bad. Always they pushed for so called new trainings. It was nothing, pitty for my money. I couldn't get the money back, they always had an excuses for the refund they are talking about so much. They should bette refund to clients who where not happy instead of taking boattrips in Europe with our money (Bellow deck) shameless story that!
