I've been having issues with my Smart Trader chart...

I've been having issues with my Smart Trader charts for a while. Now my Market Traders Online University has an issue on the back end and the tech support can't seem to fix the issue. They've supposedly escalated it to an Admin but it's still not fixed. My patience has run out. I've spent a LOT of money over the last 9 months with them and I'm very frustrated with MTI right now.
