Great company! A machine took my money and they answered right away and refunded me immediately. Machines are up to date and modern. Five stars. Also love their coffee machines and cold brew.

Although the email address doesn't allow outside emails and they don't answer the phone, I was surprised to get an IMMEDIATE response when I TEXTED. I had my refund via paypal within a few hours. I like it! Changed rating to 3 stars. I'll consider continuing to use their machines now...

There is no way that you should have a machine with contact information that no one can use! I used one machine and it kept saying "authorizing" so I cancelled the sale. Went to another machine and it said "approved" and the machine made a noise but gave me no product. Checked account and BOTH machines took money! Called both numbers on the machines and it went nowhere. Emailed the office and it bounced back because they only accept their own organization's emails! I try my hardest to give the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous!

The machines work poorly and they never respond for a refund when they malfunction.

So Mark Vend has reached out to me since this incident and they refunded my money and gave me some Mark Vend Bucks (there own printed money) as a sorry. Its a nice jester and I will raise my review of them but does not fix the issue of them jacking up the prices for the Chicago sugar tax and then when the tax was dissolved they did not lower the drink prices. But they do clearly care about what the customers feel.

They do all vending at the company i work with and for the last 7 years I have thought they are a great company but there quality in coffee has dropped and they use to have a call box when you had an issue you explain what is going on and if needed they can refund you in coins right away now they have taken that type of refund away and want to mail me a check for $1.65.... Told them to keep the money I'm not waiting a week for a less than 2 dollars. more than likely it would not have been a check it would have been a mark vend certificate so I could only spend it at there machine. I hope they turn it around. Oh another thing they jacked all the prices of soda up right before the Sugar Tax Chicago had (which is understandable) but when Chicago got rid of the sugar tax they kept the prices the same amount. Kind of ridiculous also.

They service the coffee machine at the Glenview Public Library, and it's frequently out of order. I really wish they would send people out more often to check on it, but every time I ask, those comments seem to fall on deaf ears. This is a pretty big library, so the fact that it is out of order so often affects a lot of people. They need to do better.
