The scenery is very beautiful, and it is also a place where people feel love. Kids love to come and have good children's programs. From babies months old to high school students in their teens, there is proper care and programming. Adults can hear very good hymns. Clearly spoken English sermons challenge English listening. If you do n t understand much at first, it does n t matter. It will be better if you come a few times. There is a farmers market every Saturday morning to noon. There is worship at 5pm on Saturday evening, and worship at 8:30 am, 10am and 11:30 am on Sunday. Churches have free English lessons that can be registered on the website. Generally one school year. The church's one-week summer camp every summer is also highly recommended. The church has second-hand shops that can be treasured. The kindergarten affiliated with the church is also very good. The queue is a bit long. If you want to go there, you should register early.

Started coming here back when the elder Beshore (RIP) was still teaching upstairs & his son downstairs alongside Kyle. It's changed so much since the old days now it's an outdoor church . amazing grace. Keep growing . #MerryChristmas

This place is a joke. They fired their pastor (Caleb) at the Huntington Beach location about a month ago with one of the shadiest announcements ever and no justification whatsoever. The congregation was literally yelling when it happened. They then have lost most of their staff including several of the pastors since the announcement (should tell you something). The only reason this place isn't crushed on social is because it's a "church," but it deserves to be crushed. One person on social tried to lay the guilt trip of "trust the elders of the Irvine campus." Makes absolutely no sense. We have no connection to this campus, yet they somehow control it? 99% of our congregation (including leadership) have never met these "elders." Honestly, it's one of the most dishonest, secretive, weird, awful things I have ever seen at a church. Oh and also, what happened to Kyle Zimmerman at Irvine and why is there absolutely no news?

This little light of mine I'm gonna let it shine. This little light of mine I'm gonna let it shine. Let it shine. Let it shine of let it shine! I promise we did not sing that song here today. Wowsa! I can't think of words to describe this place but maybe "the promise land" or "heavenly". This campus has a multiple buildings for school, recreation, grass areas, chapel, and a rock concert arena that would put most college campus and production events to shame. This is in my favorite area and place that I dream to live one day. Located in between Irvine and Newport Coast. Holy molly! This is where I want to live fo sho. Please excuse any unintentional puns that come across in this review. How and why am I reviewing a church? This is not the strangest place I have reviewed. Put a first time check-in to a church. I went to the 11 am service because I was visiting with some friends. I am just an observer not a customer so I cannot comment on a true experience, but the service was very entertaining and moving. If you are not moved, wow you have a cold heart. I am glad that so many people were happy and full of joy. The seats are better quality than college lecture halls. I didn't notice any bibles in the seating area. That was odd to me, but I guess you should bring your own bible. I only saw one person with a bible out of thousands. The free coffee really helped because I was super sleepy, but I felt alive and refreshed afterwards. Why is the weather so perfect here seriously? Mariners is truly a great place for anyone looking to join. I am not giving a low rating for the Mariners Church. I will not critique or question the methods of this church or peoples beliefs. That is just none of my business. This place is truly amazing! Serious, just visit here once. You will be speechless. However, according to it's rating a 4 star is "I'm a fan" and a 5 star is "As good as it gets". I'm not saying I had better, but for a first time. I am amazed but I will have to go again and/or become a member for I can truly give it a high ranking. As far as first impressions goes this place is legit!

Considering Mariners is referred to as a "mega church" I was able to find a community of good friends here via the small groups. I've improved a lot since making this my home church. "Rooted" classes are highly recommended - life changing. The pastors are very approachable and stress the importance of helping one another and our community. The church gives lots of funding to the needy in the community as well as provide their congregation with various free or very low cost programs for recovery, self-improvement, etc. They like to make better people out of their congregation that we may serve the community better. I am not one of the rich people there nor was I paid to write this. I am proud to be part of Mariners Church.

Three things I love most about Mariner's. 1. The music and messages each and every week relate biblical truths to current, everyday life which inspire me to live in a better, more loving style. Plus the delivery is engaging and entertaining in a wonderful way. I always sit in the front so it doesn't matter whether there are 300 people behind me or 3000. It feels cozy. 2. I love the Global Outreach around the world and here at home. I believe "church" should make the world a better place and Mariner's wholeheartedly embodies this value sending help to those places in need. This includes but is not limited to partnering with local churches to provide disaster relief, planting churches and helping orphanages globally, and sustaining Minnie Street right here in Santa Ana. 3. The huge selection of additional supportive programs address every walk of life. The Children's programs keeps the youth engaged in very fun ways, yet holds them accountable with awesome activities and leadership. This helped to raise my children well and I dare to dream to bring my grandchildren here some day. Then there are the other opportunities to get involved, just to mention one, such as Rooted which makes the church an intimate, life-changing experience.

Beautiful campus, hosts a Saturday Market weekly, year-round. With free train rides for the kids and TONS of local vendors with fresh, organic, farm-to-table produce. Great spot for building community and connecting with neighbors. Thank you Mariners Church for hosting this service.

Best church I've ever attended. The Rooted experience was transformational and Kenton's and Eric s sermons are inspiring, to say the least. Everyone I've met there is devoted to Jesus and growing in their faith. Thank you, God, for the gift of Mariners.

Only thing nice to say is how the campus has a bold but amazing look. Sucks that the band is very loud hearing as far up to the nearest stoplight. Sermons by the pastors are not to standard. Too much ego as they only want your money to demand. Some staff and volunteers are rude as being ignorant not to assist at times.

Rude and judgmental people with questionable and unbiblical policies. They twist scripture around to suit their own good and it seems to be nothing but greed here. I have had absolutely nothing but horrible experiences with this church. The Crossing and The Sanctuary are a million times better with welcoming and accepting people. No wonder why ex Mariners members are flocking elsewhere. Just look at the volunteer agreement and your stomach will turn

So I am relatively new to the Turtle Ridge area and started looking into attending this church. Today, I was riding my bicycle along Newport Coast Road and a chain started slipping and I could no longer pedal. I coasted downhill until I got the driveway of the church where I turned in and started trying to adjust my chains and test pedal before taking it back out on Newport Coast Road, as it is a busy road and no other places to stop. Immediately a guard in a golf cart drove up and shouted that I had to get off the property, the Church was closed. I explained my problem with my bicycle and that I needed to be in a safe spot to get it working and on the road again. Steve, the security guard just blurted out again to get off the property, he's following orders. I pointed out to Steve how this is a supposed to be a house of God and his behaviors, and that of his superiors, is uncharitable and un-Christlike. He made a point to tell me he's not a Christian. Clearly this is not a Christian place, as Christ would not kick out a person who was simply trying to adjust his bicycle before attempting a climb back up Newport Coast. My family and I were looking a for a place to worship God in our new home, fortunately Steve "I'm not a Christian" has shown me that Mariner Church is not a suitable home for those interested in actually practicing the teachings of Jesus.

Big beautiful campus and tons of incredible people. There are a lot of free classes to help the community become better for themselves and their families. People go out of their way to help you and you can tell they genuinely care deeply about their brothers and sisters in the gospel, whether you are believer or not, no judgements here.
