A beautiful building Spectacular view and a lot of comfort.

My car overheated and I needed a little bit of water and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom to fill up my water bottle or allow me to use any outdoor spicket/spigot
They treated me like I had a disease the girl behind the desk looked dumbfounded

Beautiful, elegant, very well maintained, safe to leave the boat, boat. Very accessible place to arrive and park. It has a very nice entrance.

I love living here. All new and with good taste. The amenities were beautiful. Good location and good service of all staff. Excellent view and with marina club!

The Marina is brand new. Very clean and the dock master is the best. They also offer fuel!

Escellent property. Located close to excellent restaurants, shopping and a super nice lake with access to the ocean. I've seen dolphins playing in this marina!

Nice building in terms of amenities. Valet staff very friendly. Nice view. Management staff clueless and quick to say "no" or "i don't know". No service from Melvin or Mark who sit at front desk. There is an unbelievable noise from hammering/building, ALL day. So many workers that trash chute can't be accessed during the day as they are prohibited from using it. Although realtor assured condo is shaded/without direct sun light "after mid morning" it is super hot in living area and two bedrooms past 2 pm, thanks to sunshine directly on all rooms (need to have shades pulled down way into the afternoon).
The stove is extremely and surprisingly slow. Making it a serious challenge to cook.
Not enough elevators. Parking garage a challenge to exit due to narrow exit area.
We were very excited to move here but Now much less pleased with this place after we moved in and happy we are renting as can get out after 1 year. Will def not buy here although would have considered the PH based on floor plan, initial view of the place and sales pitch. Must have been an off day for the workers when we were here w the realtor.

I will never invest my money in that property. Very poorly managed.

Great project. Immaculate design. Exquisite features and layouts. Extraordinary value proposition within the luxury segment considering price/cost of ownership to location/square footage/views/ quality features and finishes/amenities ratio. Its a real contender for the pound for pound condo champ title, in my view. If you're looking to buy a waterfront condo in South Florida and you DON'T take a look at Marina Palms, you're not getting the full picture...

WOW! EXQUISITELY CHARMING & ROMANTIC ...!! I BELIEVE YOU MUST FALL IN LOVE WITH WHERE YOU LIVE & THIS IS IT...! You're surrounded by water from the intercoastal and you can see all the beautiful lights at night from the other buildings around you and the boats going out for an evening or a trip on the weekends so if you have a boat you better go and live there because I don't know anything nearby that gives you the luxury of living with nature surrounding you and great restaurants very very close by...! Your living quarters are amazingly beautiful filled with the joy of comfort and peace...! This is a 10 * place to live...! Just go and look around a little bit and you will see that I am giving you the truth from my heart of a wonderful place to live...!

Beautiful Building, very elegant and very well situated especially if you own a boat since that they have a Marina so residents with boats enjoy boating within minutes. Great staff, just a beautiful building with breathtaking views

The Marina is brand new. Very clean and the dock master is the best. They also offer fuel!

There s parking structures on both sides of the marina,
if your boat is in 80 or higher, take a left.
If its a low number, follow the signs, take a right.

Very hard for me to digest how can other people who call themselves mariners can categorize this place as Heaven on Earth. Perhaps they have not traveled as far as their own back yard and perhaps have not seen other services worldwide regarding TRUE Marinas and the customer service a TRUE Marina staff would be require to provide. Or perhaps they have a personal/business ($) interest at this marina and this is why they call this place Heaven on Earth. This marina is run like a private low class country farm. There is no customer service what so ever from the attendants or dock master while you are moored at the dock, when departing or either arriving. No good mornings No good afternoons No good evening No How are you doing today No Can we help you . The dock staff are the worst I have ever seen in a very long time. Wrong attitude for the industry, poor deck hand skills. Good luck finding the dock master around the docks. Parking is the worst ever. You will be require to park at MOUNT EVEREST. Meaning they will ask you to park on the 7th last floor of the parking lot where there is no sun protection for your vehicle and it takes a very long time to get all the way to the top of the mountain. There is just ONE bathroom (with no shower) which is just open during Marina hours 8-5pm so GOOD LUCK if you are living onboard. The security guards (Allied Security) at this property have very low work ethic and are also very disrespectful. They will come banging on your Yacht around 730am if you park where you are ALLOW to park during not business hours. Officer Wilkens (Allied Security Systems) is very disrespectful, never wears his name tag, he is very sarcastic and he is always driving around his golf car like he is driving a formula one looking to harrase people whichever way that he can. Becareful if you are not paying attention with your electricity. Other yachts (neighbors) will connect to your power pedestal with the authorization from the so call Dock Master and surprise surprise you will get a pretty high electricity usage bill. In conclusion this Marina to me is the WORST marina I have ever stayed at and can assure you that I have been living onboard vessels as Captain for a very long time and traveling around Marinas world wide for a very long time. If you are a true mariner and true boat owner and you are someone who truly respects, appreciates, understands, and has a lot of passion for Yachting/boating , this is NOT the place to be. If you like gossip, drama, greed, poor customer service, and corruption you have found your heaven on earth.

Perfect to live in. Wonderful look and condominium with perfect infrastructure.

Its a shame that such a beautiful building with so much potential is such a mess. The property management company First Service Residential is terrible. Right when you actually start to get to know the staff they disappear. They treat the residents like visitors at the property which does not give it the feeling of a home. So many rules I cant keep up. The staff that has remained through the changes is great, but they are few and far between. If that were it... the rating wouldn't be so low.

the biggest problem... the building is falling a part.

1.) I have had to have plumbers out to the unit 4 times since I have been in the unit... according to the maintenance guy who is no longer employed there the flooring contractors were pouring cement down the toilet drains while the building was being build, so plumbing is an issue throughout the building.

2.) the pipes in the walls of the laundry room burst and leaked water into the unit and underneath the floor that warped all of the wood flooring. So contractors had to come in and replace the flooring in the entry way through the hallway and into the main room.

3.) The unit above me a had plumbing pipes that burst so 2 rooms in my unit were damaged and had to have a restoration company com out drill holes in the ceilings, and had fans in my unit for a week.

...did I mention I have a newborn.

I would give it 1 star except the view and the quality of the finishes save the day.

Looking for a new place in Aventura currently.. for a building marketed and sold as a "Luxury Property" it sure does feel like corners are cut whenever possible.

My recommendation... try back in 4 years when the building is stabilized and all the problems are worked out.

I am a resident in the building and absolutely love living there! Call me for a tour anytime

DON'T EVEN THINK OF PUMPING GAS THERE, THEY HAVE WOOD AS PROTECTION INSTEAD OF RUBBER, that's crazy!!!!!!!YOU'LL SCRATCH YOU'RE HULL, even if they have a special on gas or diesel, fixing the scratches on your hull will be wayyyyy more expensive.
