Poor experience.... I was LIED to and MANIPULATED by DCS (my case manager, Holly) until the last minute. which caused me to lose what I have been fighting them for.

If I had been told the truth about the situation and the requirements before hand, I would have had the opportunity to make the appropriate changes.

This was MY CHILDREN that were on the line!!! My twin little girls!!!

The Department of Child and Family Services knowingly kept crucial information (that was required) from me!! In doing so... They caused the judge to have my case plan changed from family reunification to Severance and Adoption !!!!!

I work in a different county courthouse and these reviews are true, the clerks are very very rude. Over the phone in person it does not matter, these clerks are apparently too important. The clerks have a power complex going on which happens with court staff sometimes. They gave me incorrect information straight to my face, it's absolutely pathetic. That s a real shame, you guys are making the county look bad, no wonder people hate court. The woman working the down stairs info desk basically had negative information. She knew nothing, I'm sorry but they were a bunch of air heads. I had to explain to HER how to process a document I filed. Maybe they should make it easier to fire people.

Irresponsable, unprofessional people, the probations officers seem like they know little to nothing about they re cases. My case was handed over to another PO named Lynda Good and I called because I have not been payed restitution in over a year she s replies with a I advised him to get a job, and he doesn t seem to want to. No one can seem to give me any information about how to get this case in court again. I couldn t even be advised where to give a formal complaint this is outrageous.
